Camera grande e silenziosa, ho preso quella "monolocale", utile per cenare qualche volta in camera. Colazione economica ma migliorabile, comunque piu' che sufficiente. Personale molto gentile. Centro benessere un po' caro (25€) infatti non ho provato. Comunque consigliato, ottima posizione vicinissima al centro ed a 500 mt dalla stazione (con il nuovo sottopasso anche in direzione mare).

hotel pulito, curato e personale accogliente. forse un po’ da rivedere la zona spa che non rispecchia molto le foto che ci sono online. ma per il complesso ci siamo trovati bene. ritorneremo

Tutto sommato non male.
Un hotel molto tranquillo in una zona strategica perché in 5 min sei al centro della movida riminese.

Underwhelming Stay, Despite Friendly Housekeeping. Our stay was disappointing for several reasons:
Reception & Spa Mismatch: The reception was unhelpful—one staff member was particularly grumpy. We were told the spa (sauna and massages) was closed for our entire stay. yet this wasn’t communicated during booking because they advertised spa etc on the website but apparently this is unavailable , which fells misleading.
Missing Room Essentials: The room lacked cups, glasses, coffee, tea, kettles, and even complimentary water—forcing us to purchase coffee each morning. The fridge barely worked, and our room key repeatedly failed.
The balcony was bare—no chairs or table.
On the positive side, housekeeping was always warm, friendly, and diligent—one of the few highlights.
Overall, essential amenities and advertised services were missing. With reliable housekeeping as the only real positive, the experience fell far short of expectations.

The hotel is really nice and clean, very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Good parking all in one was that a good stay

Hotel vetusto, il bagno era un cunicolo assurdo.
Certe stanze non dovrebbero nemmeno essere vendute.
Nella descrizione c’era scritto terrzatto, era un buco nel muro con una grata e affaccio sul muro della casa affianco.

Perfect
This place was perfect for us. Close to the beach and a short walk to the station, but off the main strip so it was quiet. The blackout curtains worked really well and we didnt hear noise from the festival going on over the weekend. The aircon was great too!

Super ruhige Zeit, Sauberkeit super jede Tag , sehr nette Service am beste herzliche Dame am Rezeption, hatte mit Sie jede Tag sehr nette Gespr?che, weil ich alleine in Urlaub Ware, komme sehr gerne wieder

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in einem sehr sch?nen kleinen Hotel zu übernachten. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.
Parkm?glichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Das Personal war ?u?erst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel w?rmstens empfehlen und freue mich darauf, wiederzukommen.
