The room too small, the staff were okay, the only person who’s been nice was the cleaning lady!! Very nice.. the rest not at all.. not helping with bags or anything at all… the add stated the do have the parking but THEY ARE NOT!!! Big Deal!!!

A bit of a mixed bag. The good: Great location very close to the Zocalo, safe neighborhood, close to essential stores (e.g., 7-11, Oxxo), price, shower, restaurant on-site with good food. The not-so-good: tiny room, zero view, uncomfortable bed. I would potentially stay there again for a night or two, but not longer. I'd probably spend a bit extra for a better place, actually.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Roble during my recent visit to Mexico City. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Zócalo, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and plenty of restaurants, cafés, and historic sites. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with taxi arrangement. My room was comfortable, and well maintained. A little noise from the street at night but that’s understandable given the location. I’d definitely recommend Hotel Roble to anyone visiting Mexico City — whether for sightseeing or business, it’s a great choice for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.

Fue una estadía de una sola noche. En si las habitaciones son peque?as, pero dado que el plan de viaje era caminar para conocer la ciudad, tener un lugar cómodo, limpio, seguro y económico para dormir era lo indispensable y el hotel nos ofreció todo. Pudimos hacer resguardo desde casi 5 hrs antes del check y dejar las cosas aun después de nuestra salida sin ningún costo ni inconveniente. El restaurant con precios super adecuados y un sabor bastante rico. La ventaja de la cercanía al zócalo y al metro facilita la conexión a cualquier parte, no necesitamos estacionamiento, pero definitivamente serán el hospedaje para nuestra siguiente visita a la CDMX

Great location just steps away from the main square, room is clean, and we were given the room at 7 am which is amazing. The rooms are small and clean.

酒店地理位置优越步行前往宪法广场仅，2个街口步行，，，5分钟，地铁二号线索卡洛就在宪法广场乘坐，国家宫，墨西哥????主教堂都在步行10分钟内房间虽小但乾净衞生舒适安全酒店有餐厅出品不错推荐给朋友

房间5平方米，一应俱全，每天打扫。地点很不错。步行去宪法广场，大神庙，教堂，唐人街，艺术宫。广场上可以坐观光巴士，有中文语音讲解，可以去人类博物馆。广场上可以订一日游，非常方便。墨西哥城玩得开心。适当给点小费。吃饭一般10%。

酒店有餐厅，主要是位置很好，离广场近，出行很方便，在中心，周边都出门就是商业街，很方便，价格也便宜，房间比较小，性价比高。。
