Hotel Ronce is a true gem in Ortisei. The location was perfect for us. set just up a rather steep hill from the center of town, which meant it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, yet still close enough to walk down and enjoy everything Ortisei has to offer. There is also a bus service available for those who would prefer. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to rest well after long days of exploring. When we arrived a bit early, the reception team welcomed us warmly, stored our bags without hesitation, and suggested we take the gondola up for lunch while we waited. It turned out to be a fantastic recommendation and gave us one of our favorite meals of the trip. Since hiking was on our agenda, we asked about different routes, and the front desk staff went above and beyond. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of several hikes we were considering, which helped us choose the perfect outing. That kind of thoughtful guidance really stood out. Breakfast each morning was a highlight...fresh, plentiful, and a wonderful way to start the day. Combined with the beautiful setting of Ortisei itself, it made our stay truly memorable. We left Hotel Ronce feeling relaxed, cared for, and already talking about a return visit. I would recommend this hotel 100% to anyone visiting Ortisei and the Dolomites.

We really liked our stay here. The hotel is a bit up the mountain but you can easily walk down. Going up you can use a public bus during the day or the hotel shuttlebus in the evening, last one at 2130. The rooms are nice, big and all have balconies. Our had a nice view towards the mountain. The bed could have been firmer. The bathroom was spacious. Checkin and out was quick and friendly. Parking is easy in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good too, lots of choices. You can ask the staff for cappuccino etc.

Bellissimo hotel con vista su ortisei. Il personale gentile e molto disponibile la camera spaziosa e pulita. La colazione era ottima e abbondante con dolce e salato.

I travel to Val Gardena at least three times a year for skiing: top spot worldwide! Beyond amazing scenery and slopes, the beauty of Val Gardena and Alto Adige in general is that hospitality infrastructure is impeccable all the way from a ** star Garni to a *****L resort. Sadly hotel Ronce is the exception to the rule. Location is excellent, panoramic, ski in - ski out (Alpe di Siusi). Trouble is that the hotel is truly dated and worn out as I have never seen in this area. Do not take me wrong, all clean and safe BUT it all feels as if you were stepping back in the 80s. The totally inadequate ski room, not to speak about the “open air” boots station displayed right at the entrance of the hotel main entrace say it all. Rooms very sad and belong to a long distant past. Dinner, breakfast and wine list () to be forgotten (in Tyrol…!): feels like a low grade canteen. Staff is very nice and welcoming though. The hotel simply needs a good, deep, overall revamping after years of cashing in! Will advise to look for other options: there so many better hotels just a notch away!

Heel aangenaam verblijf. Het personeel is steeds zeer enthousiast en heel erg behulpzaam. Bij aankomst kregen we, naast een goede uitleg over de accomodatie ook een buspasje, geldig gedurende ons volledige verblijf om de bus heen en terug naar het centrum te nemen en een inkomticket voor het zwembad in het centrum (zelf niet gebruikt). De kamers zelf zijn zeer netjes, goed onderhouden en zeker groot genoeg! Ook de wellness is een aanrader om volledig weer op te warmen na een dagje wandelen: zeer proper, groot en keuze genoeg tussen verschillende sauna's en douches. Het ontbijt dat wordt aangeboden is fantastisch! Zeer uitgebreid, voor elk wat wils, zowel hartige als zoete opties, alles wat je van een ontbijt verwacht is aanwezig!

Ottimo, storico, tre stelle in mezzo al verde lungo la via per l’ Alpe di Siusi, con splendida vista dall’alto su Ortisei. Il Ronce fa parte della storia di Ortisei e della Val Gardena e attualizza e migliora continuamente lo standard dei propri servizi. Alto Adige è noto per una gestione dell’accoglienza turistica eccezionale, ma qui si va oltre in termini di professionalità, disponibilità, cortesia, simpatia del personale. Pulizia, ordine, cura del dettaglio in ogni particolare, amici degli animali. Bel bar e annessa sala pranzo/cena/colazione ben messa e attrezzata. Ottima e ricca colazione per tutti i palati; la cena è prevista solo nel periodo invernale (e non mancheremo di provarla) ma volendo qualcosa si può mangiare, per chi magari non volesse uscire di nuovo dopo essere stato fuori tutto il giorno in una delle tante possibili spettacolari escursioni offerte dal circondario.

I stayed at the Ronce Hotel for 6 nights and it was fantastic. The rooms are lovely and super clean, with balconies that have wonderful views. The breakfast was great and the staff were absolutely amazing, They were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Outstanding value for money too. I totally recommend this hotel.

Such a beautiful Hotel with large rooms and daily room service. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. The included breakfast is of a very high standard! Can't believe this is a three star Hotel, to us it rates much higher. We absolutely loved our three night stay. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Struttura Consigliata da un amico. Gestori attenti al minimo dettaglio. Pulizia esemplare, cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani. Colazione assortita con prodotti freschi, sia dolce sia Salato. Cena superlativa con servizio attento e competente. Camere silenziose, con materassi e cuscini di qualità. Torneremo sicuramente!

L’hotel Ronce si trova in cima alla collina, dalla parte dell’impianto di risalita verso l’alpe di siusi. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Al nostro arrivo il giorno della Befana il 6/01, c’era una giornata splendida e aveva appena nevicato, siamo stati accolti con sorriso e gentilezza dai proprietari. La nostra camera al 1 piano, con balcone con vista su Ortisei, pulita e confortevole. La sera c’è stata la cena di gala, tutto squisito e buono, complimenti. La mattina la colazione, offre numerose torte fatte in casa. L’hotel dispone di ampio parcheggio esterno e di qualche posto anche nel garage coperto. Consiglio questo hotel per posizione, qualità e prezzo.
