Love, love love this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and what a fantastic building. Our room was quite big too, and the courtyards are very nice. Nothing really to fault.

Très belle h?tel, chaleureux et avec un magnifique cachet. juste Wow. Le personnel était tellement gentil et toujours disponible. ils ont aussi de l'eau filtrer dans le hall d'entrée donc moins de bouteille d'eau à acheter :-) Rien de négatif à dire.

hotel muy lindo, cerca de todo. Limpio, cama grande y cómoda, agua caliente dia y noche, buen wifi. Un servicio excelente, el personal muy amable con buena atencion y disponible para ayudar. Lo recomendó y volveré sin duda. Gracias por la bienvenida.

Great stay, perfect locatio, walknwill recommend. It is a boutique hotel with charming and vintage decor, small lobby combined into dining area. Beautiful courtyard and potted plants. Staff very sttentive and helpful. Bathrooms do not have exhaust, moisture collects, no heater either but good hot water for showers. One small heating unit in a 3 beds room, only turned on at 7 pm , supposed to be untol 7 am, but awaken very cold going to toilet at wee hours. Buffet breakfast with plenty of cut up fruits, fresh juices and hot drinks.

The Rumi Punku is a gem, a real oasis in the middle of busy Cusco. There is a gate that is staffed by a security guard, so guests feel safe right from the start. The front desk staff were outstanding, answering questions and pointing out amenities. Tea and filtered water are available 24 hours. The breakfast offered many selections including breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and eggs cooked to order. A delightful place to stay when exploring Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu.

This property was beautiful, with so many colonial touches...lots of character. There were quiet patios and an upper lounge area that was nice to relax in at days end. I really liked the proximity to so many points of interest eg. Cathedral, San Blas and yet on a lovely quiet street, which was also well served with markets, pharmacy, vendors. The staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, esp rooms away from the main entrance and dining area which can be a bit noisy. Breakfast was nice and served early, which was ideal for early morning hikes. Just as a note, some grab and go fruit would have been nice.

Feels Like Home – 10/10 Stay at Rumi Punku We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Rumi Punku in Cusco. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The atmosphere is warm and homely—exactly what we needed before and after hiking the Inca Trail. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with charming details throughout and a beautiful blend of traditional architecture and modern comfort. Our room was cozy, quiet, and the HOT showers, shampoo, conditinner and bodywash were a dream after days of trekking. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the location is PERFECT —just a short walk to the historic center, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco. It truly felt like a home away from home. 10/10.
