The hotel is quite outdated but good maintained. The room was clean and equipped well. The room’s view was superb. We could see the oldest mosque from our room. The staffs were nice and professional. The best thing of hotel is the location. It located next to famous attractions such as Zahir Mosque (one of the grandest and oldest mosques in Malaysia), Alor Setar tower and Aman Central department store. There’s parking in front of the hotel. It took 5 minutes from KTM train station and around 17 minutes from airport.

Thin wall n glass made the outside sound very noisy. It's an Old hotel but good location.

位置:在绝对的市中心。就在电视塔旁边，另一边是亚罗士打广场，皇家博物馆和艺术馆。对面就是百盛，楼下是超大的超市。不能更理想了。
房间:从没有住过面积这么奢侈的房间。床垫好舒服。
服务:真心话，他们太诚心关注我们外国客人。推荐了午饭餐馆后，还要等在那里，亲自给Grab司机讲清楚。另外还提前打扫了房间就让我们入住。
The best hotel location in Alor Setar, right in the city centre, close to all major sightseeing ponits, and Parkson shopping mall.
The facilitiea are very new, clean and comfortable. The biggest suite I have ever stayed in.
The staff are so caring and gentle. Firstly we were allowed to check in early once the room was available. Ina really helped. Then Ahmad not only recommended the great lunch Malay restaurant, but also being so considerate for us as foreigners, he waited with us to make sure Grab driver really understood where to take us. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful stay on Alor Setar. Wish to revisit in the future.

下大雨我的房间居然漏水，更重要的是隔音超级差，路上的车和摩托吵得我几乎一晚没好好睡觉，其余还不不错
