The hotel was perfectly situated, close to the main attractions and good restaurants and also a short (10 min) walk from the water bus stop from the airport. Friendly staff and the bonus of a comfort lounge area and bar.

The room was spotless and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Quarto pequeno! Banheiro pequeno e colocam essa calefa??o 30 graus ! Um funcionário chamado Jeremiah, foi extremamente mal educado desde o dia que chegamos até a nossa partida!

O quarto é lindo, muito fofo, limpeza bem feita, café da manh? muito bem servido, funcionários simpáticos. E a localiza??o é no cora??o de Veneza. Amei a estadia! Recomendo muito

La habitación parecía que estuviera en otro hotel, escalera empinada y estrecha para acceder a la misma, sin luz natural, con escalón entre el cuarto de ba?o y el dormitorio, he estado en habitaciones de hotel de dos estrellas que a está siendo de un cuatro estrellas la dan mil vueltas. En fin un despropósito. Ojala este comentario sirva de aviso a otros viajeros y tomen precauciones, porque la verdad no es agradable.

Отличный отель! Прекрасное расположение — тихо, но рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями. Номер чистый, уютный, с атмосферой настоящей Венеции. Завтраки вкусные, персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Всё понравилось, остались только хорошие впечатления!

Everything good except that the Hotel consists of various buildings connected to each other and to reach the room 619 was problematic since we had to climb 3 flights of stairs for about 50 steps and then after a long corridor go down another flight of about 20 steps. The finishes are good and the furniture is elegant, but the layout is such that it was impossible to install elevators. Obviously it is good for young people, but not suitable for seniors like us.

The hotel has very good location, you can easily walk everywhere.
The rooms are quite big.
There is no complimentary water or tea/coffee in the room, but you can order it in the bar downstairs.
The breakfast is quite good, so is the service.

Albergo molto confortevole ma la ciliegina sulla torta è senza ombra di dubbio la terrazza gestita da Giuseppe la sera dalle 18 in poi: selezione di musica ottimale, gentilezza, cortesia e magnifici cocktail serviti con sorriso e garbo!!!
