O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho e demorou muito a arrefecer o quarto e os espa?os comuns estavam bastante quentes. Mesmo no frio, a água da torneira era morna. Bom pequeno-almo?o e cama confortável. Vista bonita de Arouca. N?o tem piscina.

Fue una estancia agradable en habitación cómoda y acogedora. Todo muy bien.

La limpieza lamentable el ba?o con moo. No dejaron ni jabón ni champú.
La persona que nos recibió en recepción, fatal no sabía ni horarios ni nos informo de nada una chica joven que solo atendía a su móvil.
En cuanto al desayuno normal y el personal que atendía. UN DIEZ

H?tel situé en centre ville mais très calme. Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet h?tel lors d’un circuit au Mexique. ?a aurait pu être mieux, mais bien pire aussi.

Beautiful classic style hotel. Well maintained. Rooms clean. Bathroom clean. Good hot water. Beds comfortable. Offer in house dining. TV has Netflix prime star etc. TV channels spanish but a couple of planet series in English. Balconies on inner rooms overlooking pool. Outside face onto streets. Very well located. Car parking. Pool clean water and maintained. Good atmosphere. Mixed clientele of foreign tourists and Mexican.

We found this hotel to be clean, warm, friendly, and comfortable. We arrived late one night with no reservations after our booked accommodations failed to answer calls, texts, and knocking. We were very glad for this place and for how nice it was. For 60 euros, we had a good place to stay, breakfast for two, and free parking.

Me he alojado tres días, estuvimos en la tercera planta, la última, y orientación sur. El calor en la habitación a pesar de estar en Abril era considerable y el aire acondicionado durante dos días no funcionó. En cuanto a los cerramientos y por lo tanto insonoridad con respecto al exterior fue nefasto porque estaban roto los cierres y las puertas correderas al ser bastante grandes no ajustaban como debían. La cama no estaba mal pero la almohada dejaba mucho que desear. Los responsables de mantenimiento tienen bastante trabajo por delante.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a problem with the first night extra bad (the matress was too thin..). Early at the morning at the reception they were very helpful solving the problem, and offered us an upgrade to a superior room without any extra fee. The room was not to big but enough for 3. Despite the breakfast don't have many options, it had quality and we enjoyed. Location close to the city/village that you can reach with a 3/5 minutes walk. There is private parking, but street parking is easy. A good option for Arouca.

Chose this hotel for location. Room clean bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower ran hot and cold. My husband thought the breakfast wasn’t bad I thought it wasn’t good!!! Meats and cheese looked cheap as did croissants. Don’t let this put you off going to Arouca it is a lovely little town.

H?tel très bien situé à moins de 5 min du centre avec parking super pratique. Merci d avoir mis une table et un cendrier sur la terrasse, personnel sympa et disponible. Seul petit bémol la route devant l h?tel est assez bruyante , si l on revient demandrai une chambre de l autre c?té.
