It started with the pickup from the airport. On the site it offered airport pickup, so we requested same. On arrival there was some communication issues and it took an hour plus for us to be picked up. We thought this service was covered in our price during booking as part of hotel service. We were wrong we were charged $39.00 by the driver for the service once we arrived at the hotel. The beds were not comfortable the first room the bed was so hard it gave my sister a back ache. We subsequently changed rooms and the beds were only slightly better than the first. The hotel had a no noise past 10pm policy that was not observe in any form. Other guests were allowed to make noise straight through the night. Non-stop. The Breakfast was not pleasant. We were not given the option to select what we wanted for breakfast. We had to eat what was given every morning which was the same thing every morning and not tasty. The crux of the stay was being charged 1500pesos roughly $27 for a towel that had makeup wiped on it. We were told that it was not possible for them to clean the towel and therefore it had to be replaced. We were told that we had to pay the stated cost and we can keep the towel.

Hotel is voor mijn goed voor een paar dagen en nachten het dichtbij de zee op wandel afstand de buitenkant ziet er niet zo goed uit maar binnen is alles netjes en schoon personeel heel vriendelijk en aangenaam voor de rest alles ok voor mijn aanrader voor een paar nachten
