Nice hotel, careful staff and clean room's, clean washroom, near lulu mall and metro station, beautiful location

Overall, my second stay at the hotel was positive. The service and cleanliness remained commendable. However, there was a minor issue with mosquitoes, which affected my sleep quality. It would be great if the hotel could address this for future guests.

Toilet all wall are leakage issue. Cleanness has to improve.

Extremely low hygiene. No value for money. I will never recommend this property. Unfortuante but true.

The location was good. It's a budget hotel with limited amenities but room was really good in both size n cleaning. No kitchen n no breakfast.

Not recommended for stay, room not cleaned, mosquitoes in room, i don't want to stay once again in this kind of property

It was overall unpleasant because of two reasons-
1) latrine was not cleaned, some insects were there in commode water
2) i have extended one day more which was charged more to payment

The stay was good although i would like to point out the experience would have been excellent if the walls of the room was well kept i noticed some walls lacking paint otherwise the status was good. Thankyou for the service

The location is perfect as it enables easy access to all prime locations of kochi. Apt for people who want to travel in and around kochi.
