1) major issue was the cleanliness 2) handwash not provided in bathroom it was already broken, they did not even fix that 3) i asked for water at reception, they did not send it for one hour, after one hour, i went and brought it myself

Hello. Am facing issues with the hotel currently the room is unavailable

1. Cleaning was not good at all, 2. A/c was making abnormal noise. 3. Ambience was so disgusted. 4. No hot water n water pressure too low for shower
5. There was bad smell with room n towels too. 6. Drinking water was available at room

Filthy rooms. Theres absolutely no hygiene. Cockroaches are all over in the room. Filthy bed linen and blankets. .

Hotel location is good
but smell in the room is not good and i have book 2 rooms but got 1 room 1 hour late, parking space us good and safe, in hotel building 3 floors is hospital and 4th floor is hotel rooms, hotel room is clean sufficient, wifi is working properly

Smell like smoking cigarettes in the room, bed sheets was not clean, ac was not working properly , no regulator for fan. When i complain about bad smell hotel worker was i think helpless he only spray deodorant in room.
