Very clean, lovely and friendly staff. Great breakfast (buffet style) included. Bedrooms very comfortable and quiet. Super location for exploring Florence on foot. Would certainly stay here again.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good and was always getting refilled. Overall, I had a great experience in the hotel.

The hotel.is accessible to all places by foot.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We had 2 rooms , they were both spotless. There was a strong smell from the disinfectant that the room had to be aired everytime we walked in.
Breakfast was wonderful. Several choices. They had a water machine to fill water bottles .

The hotel was a great location thats about a 18 min walk to the main hustle of the town. Just across the bridge and in a nice area very near the piazza michaelangelo. The staff was the highlight as everyone was nice and helpful. Nice room and waking up church bells is a plus :)I recommend this place if you want to stay in a family ran place (Belotti family, amazing house) and have an authentic florentine stay :) Grazie mille!

The room was in good condition, except mold in the shower. I also was put in the tiniest room on the property after reserving a premium double room. I was traveling with others who booked the same type of room and had much larger accomodations. For $350 a night, I was not pleased. Also, the A/C was turned off for the year, so I had to open windows and get bitten by mosquitos or boil to death. Food was good, front desk was average, but didn't care about the room temperatures.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, nice and clean hotel. Walking 10 mins to the meeting point if you have tours, close and easy to walk around, just pass the bridge. Would stay here again if visit Florence again. Thank you

Fantastic!
Fantastic location just across the river from all the main sights. They can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. The room was spacious and well equipped with modern bathroom. Breakfast was basic but adequate and the hot options did not get topped up from what we could tell. Overall we would highly recommend

das hotel fand ich zuf?llig durch *******. und ich habe eine sehr gute wahl getroffen.
das personal war immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundich.
das frühstück konnte einige positove überraschungen bereithalten, echt toll. das servicepoersonal ebenso toll.
das zimmer (24) war genau richtig für mich. funktional, sehr sauber, sehr bequem und mit guten internet.
das hotel ist sehr interessant eingerichtet und hat mich begeistert.
wenn ich wieder in florenz bin, werde ich wieder im hotel silla übernachten.
das hotel liegt auch sehr günstzig am arno, den uffizien und an der ponte vercchio.

Allerede ved ankomsten blev vi m?dt af smilende og im?dekommende personale, der gjorde alt for, at vi skulle f?le os velkomne. Serviceniveauet var virkelig i top – hj?lpsomme, professionelle og altid klar med gode anbefalinger eller en hj?lpende h?nd.
V?relset var super l?kkert – moderne, rent og med sans for detaljen.
Beliggenheden kunne heller ikke v?re bedre. Alt var i g?afstand – restauranter, shopping, sev?rdigheder og offentlig transport. Det gjorde det utrolig nemt at f? det bedste ud af vores tid i byen.
Alt i alt et hotel vi varmt kan anbefale, og som vi helt sikkert vil vende tilbage til.

駅からホテルまでは远いのでタクシーで移动しました。
共有のテラスから川が见えて眺めが良かったです。
スタッフはフレンドリーで优しく汤沸かしポットはありませんがスタッフに伝えるとお汤をくれます。
键の开け方が私达には少し难しく苦戦しました。
