I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms super clean. I had both dinners in the hotel restaurant and they were delicious. The pool is nice if you want to relax a couple of hours. What else...come and stay here Rooms

Pros Swimming pool is clean and well maintained Ground floor room have French windows Location- close to shopping zones Property is neat and clean with plenty of lawn space. They have a few indoor games facilities (I did not use them so not sure about the condition) Cons Bathroom had virtually non-existent ventilation/exhaust. Bathroom was constantly dank and the odour never went away. Some of the bathroom fittings were broken, leaky or worn No pool towels. The staff never who were informed to fetch pool towels shrugged off the responsibility and never fetched pool towels. Room lacks ventilation Pool-side shower room appeared to lack hot water showers. The shower heads are clogged. Staff (other than reception staff) are not that friendly or helpful. Extra bedding was not comfortable

Location of hotel is good near the flower show during summer holidays. Extra sofa cum bed is provided.by the hotel for extra guest. Long walk to the rooms for elderly people it is tiresome who are unable to walk.my mother had was a bit handicapped. Restaurant is mainly functional for breakfast, v.good breakfast menu.

Our initial resort experience was far from ideal as we encountered a live rat in our room upon check-in, prompting us to seek alternative accommodation at around 9 p.m. In our search for a new place to stay, we stumbled upon Silver Crest, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The reception staff at Silver Crest were not only caring but also incredibly attentive, which immediately put us at ease. The rooms we were offered were well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. The clean bathrooms, cozy beds, and a secure environment ensured a comfortable stay. The added bonus of free Wi-Fi was appreciated. While we did encounter a minor issue with hot water in one of the rooms in the morning, we managed to work around it without much trouble. The presence of secured parking added to our peace of mind, and we felt our belongings were safe. Although the restaurant had limited options, the food served was not only tasty but also prepared with care. The restaurant staff displayed great attention to our needs, which enhanced our dining experience. Overall, our stay at Silver Crest turned out to be a much-needed positive experience after our initial setback. We enjoyed our time there and would consider returning in the future. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were neat. Bathroom was spacious. Best part is pool was very clean. Staff was very clean. Reception lady was courteous. Only 1 suggestion, As many of guest checks in afternoon they should Tea in Menu. Rest was was awesome
