The staff were really friendly and helpful. They always chatted and helped me with transportation etc.
But the restaurant food was awful, I would say nearing on disgusting.

Рядом с отелем площадь Свободы, набережная Куры, башня и кафе Габриадзе, улочки старого города. Но при этом в отеле тихо. Рядом полно мест где можно отведать блюда грузинской кухни выпить вина
I would not recommend this hotel although it has good location. There is another hotel nearby just 2 mins walk. I booked a suite room but it looks just like a standard double room. Toilet were small, room aircond were warm (in summer time). We asked for stand fan but the staff were not helpful and have to call the manager to explained the situation. There are no common spaces, everywhere is private so the only place you can actually stay is inside your room. I need to changed check out date due to plan change, but was rejected (not flexible). Overall, not a comfortable hotel experience. By the way, if you are a smoker, there is no proper non-smoking area — the only smoking spot is right at the entrance, which is very inconvenient.
The hotel is in a perfect location in the old town. The owner doesn't speak much English but she is very friendly and we didn't have any problems communicating. The hotel is a little run down in places but this is true of the old town in general and adds to the vibe! My room also had a lovely balcony. There were a few irritations, like there being no shower screen so the floor would get soaked whenever I had a shower, but overall it was a good stay for the price.
Definitely in the outskirts, the room was super average. It's basically a motel with a facelift. Front desk person who checked us in was an absolute gem. They did have weird policies like one of the main reasons we stayed here is because we needed to get to the airport the next day but we were told that once we checked out, the shuttle service was not offered to us.... and of course we would be checking out before heading to the airport.... strange.
Avis sur notre séjour Séjour globalement correct, mais loin des attentes pour un h?tel 4 étoiles, surtout au vu du prix. L'h?tel est situé à 30mn en périphérie du centre de Milan (en zone d'activité) L’accueil est poli mais perfectible, la chambre “Luxe” très petite et certains services manquent cruellement de transparence. Voici notre retour détaillé : Points positifs : Jacuzzi-baignoire agréable (bien qu’aucune indication ne soit fournie, son utilisation reste simple une fois le bouton trouvé) Climatisation fonctionnelle Possibilité de garer la voiture devant la chambre (pratique, sauf si vous avez un lit d’appoint pour enfant placé devant la porte d’accès, ce qui complique l’entrée/sortie) Points négatifs : Check-in lent, avec demande de trois pièces d’identité dont celle de l'enfant mineur. (Les adultes nous comprenons mais cela est la première fois qu'on nous demande celle de notre enfant.) Chambre “Luxe” très petite, ne ressemblent en rien aux photos, coin lit sans charme (vieillo) et nécessitant un rafra?chissement (lavabo avec peinture craquelée, odeur de lessive trop forte, literie trop ferme, bidet) et un simple rideau ferme l'espace salle de bain de la chambre. Manque d’informations dans les documents de bienvenue : pas de code Wi-Fi indiqué, aucun tarif pour le mini-bar. Mini-bar limité à quatre bouteilles d’eau (deux plates, deux pétillantes) et eau plate payante (2 € la bouteille). Facturation des bouteilles d’eau au check-out malgré l’absence totale d’informations tarifaires dans la chambre ; réponse du personnel : “il fallait appeler la réception” ???? De plus nous comprenons que le mini bar aurait du contenir d'avantage de boissons (soft et alcoolisées). Parking payant (10 € la nuit) annoncé uniquement à l’arrivée indiqué comme GRATUIT sur Google et non indiqué sur les sites de réservation ni par email lors de ma demande direct lors de la réservation sur le site. Petit-déjeuner acceptable mais peu fourni pour un h?tel 4 étoiles. Vue “jardin” donnant sur la place de parking et un petit plan d’eau entouré de verdure, avec les autres chambres à l’arrière-plan. ( Je n'appelle pas ?a un jardin) H?tel situé dans une zone industrielle : bruit de camions déchargeant du verre dès le matin, ne pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte ! Bilan : Pour 180 € la nuit avec petit-déjeuner inclus, plus 10 € pour le parking et 4€ 2 bouteille d'eau, la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur et avons eu l'impression de nous être fait voler. Entre le manque d’informations, la chambre exigu? et le bruit environnant, nous ne reviendrons pas.
Perfect location
The location of this property is absolutely perfect, and the manager is really nice and very helpful. I had a longer trip, and so I appreciated being in one of the rooms with laundry and a kitchen.
