Beautiful hotel
Stylish hotel, such a Beautiful hotel, everything was 5 star. Old fashioned charm. The pool area was great with the big pool, looked really nice with the gold pattern and jacuzzi. You shouldn’t miss the connection to the sister hotel and a swim in the indoor pool over there.

Breakfast and Fitness facility was not included in the price, not even coffee. Hot Tub was not heated. Staff was very friendly!

Hotel and Baveno are beautiful. Very clean. Walking distance to lake, train and downtown.

Receptionists were superb. So friendly & very helpful. Couple of the bar staff were also very nice. Beautiful gardens & pool area.

Hotel de charme avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Chambres spacieuse et confortables. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet.

Das Hotel ist wundersch?n mit einem tollen Pool und gemütlichen Liegestühlen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Ein toller Ort!

Das Hotelzimmer war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Zum Abendessen sind wir ins Hotel Restaurant gegangen. Das war leider eine sehr gro?e Entt?uschung- Preis / Leistung stimmen gar nicht. Tiefgefrorener Fisch für 30€, Pasta mit Tomatensauce aus der Tüte für die Kinder für 13€. Leider sehr entt?uschend

Superb hotel, and we will certainly be back
The hotel is superb.
The location is good, you can walk to Baveno and Stresa.
The whole hotel just feels very classy, the staff are extremely attentive and it's exceptionally well priced.
We cant work out why it's not a 5 star hotel.
We will certainly be coming back.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfect place to explore the lakes. Pool has an amazing view. Staff are helpful. Only small point is the rooms are very light as there are no blackout curtains or blinds (not sure if this is all rooms) so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue.
