Zentrale Lage mit Traum-Ausblick Richtung Lermoos. Wir waren schon vor Jahren im Hotel, waren sehr zufrieden, haben das Hotel auch diesmal wieder ausgew?hlt - und wurden nicht entt?uscht. Familienbetrieb - und dies merkt man, ob beim Empfang, beim Frühstück oder Abendessen. Vor allem hatten wir auch einen super Fahrrad-Raum für unsere ebikes. Wir kommen wieder !
Das ganze Team ( Service, Reinigung, Küche, Rezeption) ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gibt's für jeden etwas. Und es schmeckt sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und ger?umig. Die Dusche ist super, weil einfach genug Platz da ist. Gilt für's ganze Bad. Die Betten sind nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Auch die zentrale Lage vom Hotel ist super. Für uns hat's rundum gepasst. Wir waren zum zweitenmal da. Und es ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Everything from the arrival is perfect. Everyone from the staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is cozy and authentic combining lodge style and modern design. The rooms are warm, spacious and clean with amazing mountain view. The spa is perfect. The infinity pool ans the spa are your place for every time of the day and evening. The location of the hotel is right bext to shops, bus station and a short drive to the slopes. The food in the restaurant is delicious, pleasure for all sennses. The menu offers something for every taste. It is diverse, fresh and impeccable. Absolutely recommend!
La struttura è molto accogliente, soprattutto perchè la gestione familiare si percepisce in tutti gli aspetti dell'hotel. Camera molto spaziosa, con vista eccezionale. Posizione interessante: a poche decine di minuti d'auto si arriva fino a Bolzano/Merano. D'inverno il paesaggio è molto bello, sicuramente lo proveremo in estate. Consigliatissimo.
Hemos ido tres personas, nos ha parecido mucho mejor de lo que habiamos leido sobre el en otras opiniones, nos dieron una habitación algo diferente que la que pensaba que tendriamos, habia dos pisos que estaban conectado con una escalera de madera (por suerte somos jovenes y no nos importo demasiado) y el único problema es que estabamos en el ultimo piso y no tiene ascensor, y es mas duro subir 4 pisos de los que parece. La limpieza fue correcta, no vimos nada que no nos gustara. La ubicacion bien, estaba a 15 min del centro viejo andando y a 25 de la estacion de tren( hay al lado paradas de tranvia). Y fueron amables cuando necesitamos alguna cosas o led preguntamos dudas, nosotros volveriamos.
Tolles Hotel mit moderner Einrichtung, gro?em Frühstücksbuffet und extrem netten und hilfsbereitem Personal! Auch nach meinem Aufenthalt wurde mir extrem schnell weitergeholfen, als ich noch ein Anliegen zu meiner Rechnung hatte.
