Nice hotel to go!
Modern H?tel with nice atmosphere, staff is very Kind, to recommend .

Für ein Stadthotel eine wirklich ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage, Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet, neben Hand- und Badetuch gab es auch einen kostenlosen Bademantel. Minibar war abwechslungsreich befüllt, Preise dafür ok. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut!

Arrived at the hotel Sud on a drive from Germany to Turkey. We came in with no reservations, but were warmly greeted and offered a room at the same price we saw on the internet. The room was in a separate building from the reception, and was a flight of stairs up with no elevator. The room was large and had a kitchenette, sofa, large and comfortable bed, and delightful bathroom. Mauser was happy there, as you can see from her photos (she takes better photos in rooms she likes) . Breakfast was a buffet, but the choices were plentiful. The yogurt with granola and carious seeds/nuts is delicious. Good coffee.

Wir waren zum 2 mal schon da. Sehr freundlich . Angenehme Atmosph?re.Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.Sehr gutes Frühstück und gute Qualit?t.Wir waren wieder rundum zufrieden.Die Lage ist ideal. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel 9 N?chte gewohnt. Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war sehr gross und in 2 R?umen unterteilt. Ein Kühlschrank, Teekocher, Kaffeemaschine und sogar eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle standen uns zur Verfügung. Ein sch?ner Gartensitzplatz war auch vorhanden. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und die Damen im Frühstücksraum waren permanent daran abzur?umen und zu schauen, dass es immer Perfekt aussah. Da die Tiefgarage extrakostete waren nur sehr wenige Fahrzeuge unten. Es gab auch einen direkten Zugang von den hinteren Wohneinheiten zur Garage. In der Garage steht auch ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine / Trockner zur Verfügung. Das Schwimmbad sowie die Sauna waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage in Graz Strassgang war für uns ideal. Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn oder in der Innenstadt. Vor dem Hotel ist auch eine Buchhaltestelle. Trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und werde sicher wiederkommen.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind mit zwei Huskys gereist und haben ein tolles, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Gartenzugang bekommen. Beim Frühstück durften wir extra bei der Rezeption mit den Hunden sitzen und haben Gedeck und Wasser für die beiden bekommen. Einfach klasse! Das Frühstück war auch ein Traum. Klare Empfehlung!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr um die G?ste bemüht. Die Zimmer sind ?u?erst ruhig. So gut wie hier habe ich schon seit Jahren nicht mehr in einem Hotel geschlafen. Ich komme seit Jahren regelm??ig nach Graz und habe bis jetzt in einem anderen Hotel in der K?rntner Str. übernachtet und bereue es, nicht vorher schon auf das Hotel aufmerksam geworden zu sein. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 100 m vom Hotel in der K?rntner Stra?e. In den n?chsten Jahren werde ich die Gastfreundschaft in dem Haus auf jeden Fall ?fters genie?en.

We lived in the Hotel Süd Graz for more than 2 months (March-May 2022). We had a roomy and light apartment studio that included everything that needed a comfortable life. There are free Wi-Fi, modern furniture sets and a kitchen set: stove, microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine, dish set for eating and cooking. We also used the SPA zone, and we enjoyed it so much. The hotel is located in a beautiful place with a few shops and cafes next. In half an hour by bus, it is possible to come to the center of Graz (by car it is faster). In a few minutes by walking from the hotel, there are mountains where you could have small hiking, be around the nature and see the fantastic views of the city. We very much appreciate the care about us from Mr. Hubert G. Pferzinger, Fabian, Anna, the all office team, and all the room cleaning team. Thanks all of you for everything. We wish you only the best.
