Nice hotel Walk able distance from karol bagh market and metro station. As soon as I entered the hotel I was impressed by the reception and the warmly welcome. Room was very beautiful and comfortable... All hotel staff is very good and calm. My stay in hotel was very fantastic.

This is a good hotel located in a very good location in the city of old Delhi. The rooms are a good size and clean . The staff are friendly and polite . The restaurant food is delicious . We were a big group staying at the hotel , check in and check out was a smooth process . Thank you again to the hospitality .

Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help . Room was clean with attached modern bathroom equipped with toiletries and towels. Breakfast was great with many verities of dishes. Will come again whenever in Delhi.

this hotel as I had stayed earlier too. The staff was well dressed and looked professional.I was greeted with a great smile by the front office staff.Nice room , AC was working fine. Good connectivity of internet.

On our arrival till departure we had no problem at all. The Sunstar Heritage is well located hotel, with excellent person Abhinav and Ravi also managed well. Hospitality is great here and the staff is always there for any help. The rooms are large, very well designed and comfortable.Hotel had a good Wifi speed

I have already stayed here before. whenever I come to Delhi I stay in this hotel only. It seems like a home to me and most of the staff is helpful and behave professionally. Very good hotel with good location and clean rooms

Room was neat and clean and spacious too. I must add BETTER THAN OUR EXPECTATION. With regards to breakfast we had no complaints. staff was nice. Good wi-fi speed. Bathroom was modern fitted with all modern facilities.

Nous sommes à notre 15ème jours en Inde. Nous avons eu de nombreux h?tels differents depuis notre arrivée. Mais ici, les chambres de l'h?tel sont très sale. Pas de couverture sur le lit alors que les chambres sont réservées depuis plus d'1 mois. On a normalement la demi pension mais nous ne mangerons pas ici.

In my opinion, definitely not recommended for families. Location of the hotel was good as there was many market areas nearby. The rooms were really small with 0 ventilation, including the hallway to the rooms which smelt like fungus. The rooms has displayed that it was sanitized for our protection, however, had cockroaches roaming freely. Our booking had breakfast included unfortunately. The "restaurant" had roughly 4 tables with only one table able to seat 4. Moreover, the options were limited and the quality was not up to mark.
