We stayed at this incredible hotel once before and knew we wanted to come back. Right away we were reminded why we fell in love with this place. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Every space is so elegant and peaceful. The best part though is the staff. Especially the Director, Davor and Josip from the restaurant/ garden lounge. Just like our first visit, Josip and Davor went above and beyond in every possible way. They greeted us like old friends, remembered details from our last stay, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Their genuine passion for hospitality is reflected in every interaction. The team shares that same dedication. We were always greeted so kindly and anything we needed they were willing to help. Everyone is extremely professional while still maintaining a warm, personal touch. Special thank you to Josip, Davor, Stanka, Dubravka, Kristijan, Tihana, Ivona, Zeljko and Niko. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Wish we could keep this place a secret but since I relied on the other reviews here to make the reservation I feel I must also pay it forward. The Hotel itself is now what all future Boutique Hotels shall be measured against, every detail was on point, clean, warm, welcoming, each space was perfect and with only 21 rooms including the residences, never overcrowded. I'd like to see what high season and not October is like but couldn't take the heat! We had breakfast each morning either on the terrace or inside with the selection of continental, pastries and cooked options all excellent. The same applied to the Tasting Menu we had in the evening for our Anniversary. However the thing that makes this place truly special and I will confirm the previous reviews and state these are the best staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Starting at the top with Hotel Director Davor right down to each member of the cleaning team, you felt each wanted to ensure the guest had the best experience. More importantly we felt they all enjoyed and wanted to work in the property, with each member ensuring they didn't let each other or the Hotel down. We were some of the last guests staying prior to the Hotel closing for low season and I really felt the staff were more upset to be leaving than we were, at least they know they're going back in 2026! Cavtat was a beautiful location to stay in after a few days in an Old Town AirB&B, I'd imagine especially in high season and the crowds. We also got a chance to take a tour of the surrounding Konavle Valley arranged by the wonderful Dubrovska, the vinyard tours we took were a particular highlight along with the lunch at Konavoski Divori. We have been to hundreds of hotels and this was the best. Even beat 4 seasons hands down. Fantastic location, attentive friendly and informative staff, so clean it was like brand new every day. Very few excellently serviced beautiful boutique rooms, amazing breakfast, cosy bar. Only ate there one evening as there were so many restaurants within 100m, but that was delicious too. Don’t even think about the larger hotels in Cavtat if there is space available here.

Superb hotel - such a treat! ? We can't say enough about how absolutely fabulous EVERYTHING was during our stay! This beautifully decorated high-end boutique hotel is the finest we have ever stayed in. The service was impeccably superb, and the food Michelin star quality! Every corner of the property is beautiful. EVERYONE was amazing and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of!! I would love to name every staff member but won't for fear of leaving someone out. We were pleasantly surprised by something or someone everyday. If you are going to Cavtat, treat yourself to the luxury of Hotel Supertar!!!!!!

We had never been to Croatia and my wife saw this gem of a hotel advertised in a travel supplement. The hotel has been recently refurbished and our room - which had a view over the Adriatic - as well as all the communal areas are exquisitely decorated and spotlessly clean. The entire team - Davor (hotel director), Dubravka on reception and her wonderful colleagues, Nico in the restaurant, Clarita and her colleagues at breakfast and the housekeeping staff were all superb. I can’t remember the names of all the staff, but they all made our stay the best in our 35 years of travelling as a couple. Nothing was too much trouble. The small touches like complimentary ice cream by the pool in the afternoon and the odd tasty treat left in your room made it feel that extra bit special. The food was superb. We ate in the restaurant the night of our arrival but then chose to sample some of the other local restaurants over the course of the week. It would have been very easy to eat in the hostel every night, the food was that good! Breakfast was amazing, with a massive range of delicious food at the buffet matched by an equally impressive choice of cooked food from the menu, as well as freshly prepared smoothies. The service was truly 5 star from the moment we were met at the airport until the moment we were dropped off for our return flight and it is a lovely, lovely hotel. We truly hope to return one day!

Oh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I mean, they’re all so friendly and helpful. When my mum was feeling under the weather, we felt incredibly grateful for everyone’s efforts. The chief and everyone in the restaurant went above and beyond to make a congee for my mum. They tried and tried again, and it was finally made. My mum felt much better after that! The front desk ladies also went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay, especially when mum was sick. They were so kind and helpful. And the housekeeping ladies are also very friendly and kind. They made sure everything was clean and tidy. Chief, we really appreciated the congee and the dinner. Everything was delicious, and we loved everything about this hotel.

We visited last September and enjoyed the experience so much we booked a return visit as soon as we got home. This time we had room 202 which has a harbour view and I highly recommend it, although all the rooms are beautiful to be fair, as is the whole hotel. This place really has a winning formula. It is incredibly beautiful and totally relaxing from the moment you arrive. Every staff member is professional, friendly and warm. The food is amazing from the breakfasts, to the snacks at the garden terrace, to the fine dining on the main hotel terrace in the evening. There was live low key entertainment on several evenings at the garden terrace where I particularly enjoyed sampling the many cocktails that were on offer! Don't hesitate to book, you will have a wonderful time. We are already planning our next visit.

Would highly recommend this hotel and commend its wonderful staff who made our 51st anniversary extra special. Rooms lovely, we had a great view. Lovely pool and hotel is right on the seafront near the bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to return!
