Very nice, clean hotel; it is very close to the city center and supermarkets. My room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast there and it was very good.

We stayed here for one night on an Intrepid tour. Our room was fairly small but did have a functioning air conditioner and the shower pressure was quite good. Other members of our tour group mentioned that the AC in their room did not work. There was lots of noticeable pipe noise when other guests in the hotel took a shower. There appeared to be nothing of interest to see within walking distance of the hotel. I would not have stayed here if travelling independently. Meals are available in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel.

Basic hotel located in the middle of nowhere! Nothing much to do, no restaurants or shops in the neighborhood. It’s mainly a transit hotel for tour groups. Friendly reception. Rooms are basic, beds are small and low. In February it was cold inside the rooms. Bathroom is old. Towels need to be replaced. It’s difficult to control the water temperature. Dinner and breakfast in the roof top restaurant were reasonable.

We stayed at the Hotel Swani as part of an Intrepid tour of Morocco. The hotel was clean but basic. The room was generally comfortable but the air conditioning was noisy and interrupted our sleep. The restaurant at the top of the building was also basic and the food not great - saying that the girl that served us dinner and breakfast was simply lovely.

The TV was not working and the heater was not working properly not working as well the room was cold but the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned properly

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere, and the beds were very cozy. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the bed linens and the overall calmness of the environment. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and the room itself was not up to standard and should be revisited. Additionally, the breakfast selection could be improved, as it didn’t fully meet expectations. Lastly, considering the overall quality and the location, I found the price to be slightly high.

Stayed one night as part of a group trip.. Fairly modern. Secondary glazing. Heating worked well. Big bed so able to fold over cover for added warmth. Unremarkable breakfast consisting mainly of pastries. Maybe in high season the breakfast would be more exciting but I would have loved a bowl of warm bean stew or some form of porridge as quite chilly mornings.

This is a pretty run down hotel which would rate 2.5 stars at best. There is very little in the area. The highlight though was a comparatively good breakfast, by Morocco standards, served in a roof top setting with very pleasant views.
