Nous n'avons aucun souvenir d'incident de ce type et, même si ce que vous prétendez s'était produit, nous aurions certainement géré la situation différemment. Nous sommes une équipe professionnelle et nous avons pour habitude de nous excuser auprès de nos clients en cas d'erreur et de les corriger rapidement. Nous n'avons pas pour habitude d'ignorer qui que ce soit. De plus, nous n'attribuons pas de chambres simples à des chambres doubles, et j'ai du mal à croire que vous ayez accepté cela sans commenter sur le moment. Je n'ajouterai rien, car je suis convain?ue qu'il s'agit d'une erreur et j'espère que cet avis sera supprimé, car il ne fait que dégrader les notes que nous nous effor?ons de maintenir chaque jour. First of all I would like to reply to your "bad points": As stated on our website "cappuccinos and other hot drinks prepared on the spot at the table" is absolutely true and all our guests can confirm it! We serve a buffet breakfast and in addition to many delicious sweet and savoury products, you will find cold milk and American coffee on the buffet, that's true, but it's also true that our staff is always there and takes care of preparing espresso coffee, cappuccinos, hot chocolates and all the hot drinks requested on the spot. We have different varieties of coffee, ginseng, barley, just to satisfy everyone's tastes. You simply did not ask, but I find it hard to believe that you did not see anyone being served, it is practically impossible. I am very saddened to read this comment from you where you questions our words. We do not say anything and we do not publish anything that is not true. If you had asked, you would have seen it with your own eyes and would have been more satisfied. I am also very sorry to read that you wasn't able to contact us before your arrival. We have a landline, a whatsapp contact, an email service, social media and everything works very efficiently. We are always happy to be contacted by our guests before their arrival because this allows us to give them various useful information even before they arrive in the city. The refrigerators you find in the room are small hotel minibars and unfortunately in this period of the year, when the temperatures in Palermo are very high, they certainly do not have the same power as the refrigerator at home. However, we give guests the possibility to use our refrigerators in the kitchen when they have special needs, such as for medicines, ice etc. I'm sorry that the shower caused you come troubles, but even in that case you could have asked the reception staff: we have a maintenance man who takes care of this, repairing any faults and making services and systems always efficient. On the positive side, of course I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location, just a few steps from the main places of interest in Palermo. We are in a very quiet area and at the same time very full of restaurants, shops and well served by public transport to reach the airport, the beach and other more distant locations. I am also glad to hear that the reception staff was really friendly, that you took advantage of our storage room and that you found the breakfast plentiful.
