位于机场快线和空铁交会处，交通方便。早餐虽简单却也乾净清爽，退房时服务人员会帮忙提行李到电梯口，很贴心。
隔音效果不太好，有一晚水温不热，之后都不ok

First time trying this hotel in Bangkok. Right opposite Phaya Thai station so it's super convenient. Room is big and clean with strong WiFi. Highly recommend hotel with its amenities and location.

酒店旁?有lift直接上去机场快綫大堂?
?但因为真系喺机场快綫隔离
所以系有啲嘈 ???可能睡眠质素唔好嘅人唔系好适合

我真的百分之百推荐这个酒店 尤其是女孩子。每一层电梯口都有一面超级大的镜子很适合拍ootd，这个酒店的位置很方便 门口就是bts 离百丽宫就两站距离逛街简直太方便了，而且酒店工作人员也特别好 看见我们两个女孩子拿着大箱子，就立刻来帮助我们，走的时候也是把我们的大箱子送到bts的直梯门口！！很安全 刷卡上楼，刷卡才能进每一层的走廊，很安全很推荐女生住。还有每天打扫房间的工作人员也很面善可爱，bts可以直接到素万那普机场很方便。总之 在这里度过了美妙的五天时间，下次来泰国我还会选择这家满分酒店

这次入住 Hotel Tranz 的体验非常满意！饭店地点真的超级好，机场快线与 BTS 就在饭店旁边，走路大约 2 分钟就能到，沿途也都有手扶梯和电梯，对于带大型行李的旅客来说非常友善、完全不费力。
房间空间够大又舒适，住起来很放松，饭店人员也都相当亲切、乐于协助。更加分的是，饭店隔壁就是 Factory Coffee，不用特别赶行程，顺路就能喝到冠军咖啡，旅程幸福感直接拉满。
整体来说地点、交通与住宿品质都很优秀，Hotel Tranz 真心推荐！

Room is completely comfortable throughout our stay….only when showering the water not that hot but lukewarm ……..breakfast quite decent choices are limited but overall are good. Thanks

Hotel Tranz has a superb location, with the Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link station literally right next to the hotel, making airport transfers extremely convenient. There is also a nice coffee place, Factory, located just beside the hotel, which is perfect for a quick coffee or light bite.
The staff were polite, professional, and well-mannered, and security standards felt comparable to a 4-star hotel, which made the stay comfortable and reassuring.
The bed is superbly firm, providing good support—though it may not suit very choosy sleepers who prefer softer mattresses. One area for improvement would be the bathroom water heater, as the hot water temperature was sometimes inconsistent.
Overall, for the price paid, this hotel is definitely worth it. A great bonus is the nearby Let’s Relax massage chain, where hotel guests enjoy a 10% discount, making it even more appealing after a long day.
Highly recommended for travelers who value convenience, cleanliness, and good value.
