Très bel h?tel au niveau des espaces Grand duplex familial. Très beau buffet petit déjeuner Espace bien être : jacuzzi et sauna ???♀? au top. Mais surtout un accueil incroyable de toute l’équipe ?? crew Vanessa?? : sourire, gentillesse, dévouement . Tout était pensé au quotidien pour que notre séjour soit exceptionnel . ??

到着の时からスタッフの方がとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくださりとても嬉しかったです。息子の诞生日の饰り付けをしてくださりありがとうございました。家族全员で来られなかったので少し寂しい诞生日になるかもしれないと心配していましたが、心温まる素晴らしいと思い出になりました。
お部屋の设备も不自由无く、朝食も素晴らしく満足です。
またヴェルビエに来たいと思います。

Outstanding stay with exceptional service
Hotel Vanessa provided an exceptional stay for our family in Switzerland. Their personalized concierge service greatly enhanced our experience, with tailored restaurant reservations and valuable skiing advice. The ski valet room was a convenient touch, simplifying our daily routines. Breakfast offered a delightful start to each day, while dinners introduced us to delicious local cuisine, including superb fondue and raclette. The room's balcony offered breathtaking views of the Swiss mountains, embodying the tranquility and beauty of our surroundings. The hotel's cleanliness, including a pristine sauna and jacuzzi, and thoughtful details like afternoon Swiss chocolates, contributed to the warm atmosphere. The shuttle service added convenience to our skiing expeditions. Situated close to shops and restaurants, Hotel Vanessa's location is ideal. As a seasoned traveler, I found Hotel Vanessa to be a standout, combining practical amenities with heartfelt hospitality for an unforgettable stay.

Booked the hotel for our family Easter holiday after several friends who either live or have skied in Verbier for 10+ years independently recommended the hotel. They were spot on!Location cannot be beat. Centre of it all yet just off the circle down a small road so no road noise. Owners/staff make you feel like you are staying in a private club/chalet vs hotel chain and super responsive. Views were amazing from our room (see attached photo from room 304). Never a wait for the shuttle for sub 5 minute drive to or back from the Médran lift and boot room made everything user friendly. We usually stay in 5 star hotels and this is 4 star which is probably based on the small bathrooms but have to say that small inconvenience is a worthwhile tradeoff for the overall experience. It was our 2nd time in Verbier (first time stayed at the W) and will recommend to friends and plan to come back for Christmas.

Wonderful family friendly hotel with superb location in centre of town. The rooms are clean and spacious (aside from the bathrooms which are on the smaller side.). The family suite was perfect for our family of 4. The staff are extremely warm and accommodating. They have a wonderful restaurant with a lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were absolutely lovely. Lastly, the shuttle service to and from the slopes made the trip so much easier with little people getting to ski lessons on time. The drivers always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful family experience is this family owned and professionally managed hotel that we hope will remain so. Perfect location in the center , very generous rooms sizes, great navette to the piste, excellent breakfast and very good restaurant. One detail , the decoration could be freshened up. But what makes the difference is the service. Under the leadership of the GM, Muriel , the whole team behind her is nice , efficient and transform your stay. It was our first time, but not our last.

C'est un bel établissement et l'accueil est vraiment très chaleureux, la gérante ainsi que les h?tesses sont très professionnel. Cela dit tout n'est pas parfait le petit déjeuner est bien mais pas complet, par exemple seulement 2 confitures prune ou abricot, pas de choix sur le salé, juste du jambon blanc et 2 sortes de fromages, pour 35 CHF suisse c'est un peu cher rapport choix/prix. En ce qui concerne le spa, il est dégradé, les petits carreaux se décollent et les pierres de parement se décomposent et les brisures sont laissés autour du jacuzzi, le sauna lui était froid... Se sont des détails mais qui sont importants au vue du prix de la nuits. Bonne journée à vous.

C'était notre meilleur séjour à Verbier ! L'accueil était très chaleureux de tout le personnel. La patronne fait TOUT pour faire plaisir aux clients... elle a même fait la navette pour m'emmener à un rendezvous. Il y a un très bon petit-déjeuner et un bon choix sans gluten ! La situation est juste parfaite, un peu en retrait de la place Centrale... tranquille pour passer une bonne nuit ! A recommender sans hésitation ! Merci 1000X !
