Excellent hotel with a friendly staff Excellent hotel, with a warm and hospitable front desk staff and a good fresh breakfast each morning. We want to give a special shout out and thank Janet for her attention and prompt service through our stay.

Not recommended and avoid this place if you can. Breakfast was pathetic. No hot water. This is a very old place and not comfortable at all for a family.

We had a nice stay. Staff was very nice, specially Andres in the reception. Brasfast buffet was ok. Nothing luxurious. Walking distance to the main plaza about 15 minutes. Elevator is available, a big plus. Restaurants, shops plentiful in the area costing much less than in the main plaza.Things that needs to be taken care. Hot water goes away when you're showering. Returns later again. Its very annoying. They provide no irons. The toilet seat sits low. A common thing in Peruvian hotels.

Una estancia muy recomendable! Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el hotel, desde la decoración hasta el trato muy amable del personal. Nos hicieron el favor de guardarnos unos días las maletas mientras visitábamos Machupichu. La ubicación también es muy conveniente. En resumen, totalmente recomendable.

El hotel tiene una estructura linda, muy acorde a sus raices y cultura, el personal es atento y estan dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Limpian las habitaciones todos los dias, algunas tienen calefacción otras no, tomar en cuenta. Para el desayuno deberian tener un poco mas de opciones, pero todos los panes qur colocaron estaban ricos. Volveria a hospedarme y lo recomiendo.

muy buen balance precio calidad me gusto el sector donde se ubica cerca de principales vias, atencion muy buena lo recomiendo de acuerdo a su presupuesto muy complacido con la relacion precio servicio saludos desde guatemala oscar portillo estuve 4 noches

En general todo muy bien, solo en nuestra habitación la secadora no servía y en un lugar en donde hace frío es necesario, lo comentamos en recepción, pero no lo cambiaron. El servicio de desayuno, considero les falta atención en que siempre haya comida.

Chose the place for its proximity to Wanchaq Station. Very characteristic decorations and amenities. The WiFi signal is a little weak maybe because my room was on the edge.

This property doesn’t offer laundry nor free airport shuttle. It does have a laundry next door but isn’t administered by the hotel. Breakfast was nice although options were limited. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Warari is a safe place. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious . Property is clean . There is a great variety of restaurants near within walking distance closed to the Plaza de armas. (10 minutes walking distance).
