Thank you for your review, which unfortunately leaves us very disappointed. Regarding the beds and pillows, you could have contacted us on site. We have a variety of pillows to choose from as well as the option to adjust the firmness of the beds. We would certainly have found a solution. Even though the hotel is now in its fourth generation as a family hotel, your room was recently renovated, which is why we cannot understand the criticism of it being old-fashioned. Despite your positive words, we are very disappointed that we were unable to win you over.
