Great location, very near to Gulhane tram station and walking distance to Eminonu waterfront and Sultanahmet. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Wish the front office can be a little friendlier.

Disappointed!
Reviews were deceptive as they have selected the best pictures to lure in customers- rooftop restaurant of property.
Breakfast was lovely and staff in restaurant lovely.
Lobby staff would benefit from customer service training. They started well and showed the room - the room looked over at a demolition site and the construction was ongoing and loud. I called and requested another room and they said try tomorrow there is nothing else. I went down to talk to them and they appeared to get into an argument with each other in Turkish and then showed me another room with a tiny window.
I preferred to stay in the one with the demolition noise- which they seemed to think was fine as the noise would stop at 6pm.
They also told me the sauna was chargeable and swimming pool free. Again why advertise facilities without sharing this.
We decided to stay as we had paid up and didn’t have much choice- nothing better was offered the next day- left after two days and upon check out no thanks or hope you had a pleasant stay- just a - did you consume from the mini bar- no?- fine you’re clear. We hadn’t argued or caused a scene but were made to feel very uncomfortable.
As a frequent traveller - having visited three other hotels in trabzon- Rize- which were not four star but so much better and having visited Istanbul several times already- - these lot could Definitely could do with training and learn how to say thank you.
I would not stay again.

Отель в самом центре Стамбула, в пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности. Небольшие, но уютные номера, очень вежливый и внимательный персонал и вкуснейшие завтраки с прекрасным видом на Босфор!

Жили на первом этаже , шикарные стилизованные номера, не большие, но красивые. Есть всё, что необходимо гостю, на рецепции дружелюбный русскоговорящий персонал. Очень рекомендую посетить ресторан на крыше и хамам при отеле ??????

Amazing service from Trip. From web chat to app updates on flights and status. The booking process was simple. I did both hotel and flights. I knew which one I wanted to book and it was the cheapest on Trip. I stayed at Yasmak SUltan hotel. Ideal location and service. Can’t fault the stay, flights or location. (Pegasus is very basic but if you’ve flown with easyJet or RyanAir then you’ll know)

Excellent Location by walk you can go all the beautiful places and all near by you, and Friendly and Very Helpful Staff Specially Mr. Engin who help lot. The breakfast is superb more than 30 items ?? highly recommend.
