Great location staff were very helpful
For the price we paid it was excellent. Location wise perfect. On a hot summers day the room could get warm but staff provided a fan which was very much appreciated.

I booked this place on the sole basis that it was less than a 15 minute walk from the beach. I live in london and went to attend Bloc Party on the beach in Brighton for one night. Before my stay I had some backwards and forwards with them advising early check in for 12:00-1300 which meant I left london Early to avoid any issues with checking in. I arrived at 11:50 to be told I was “too early” but also my “room was ready “ There was no soap or towels and the free bottle of water and chocolate on arrival was nowhere to be seen and never offered. I returned to my room at 2300 to sleep and there were still no towels, I was then chastised and told it was because I had arrived early, though I’d been away at the concert for some 10 hours by then so they had time to rectify. I chased for towels and chased for the WiFi details as the info was not readily available. The lady Sharon was very helpful at any request though I felt like I was interrupting her evening abolitions as she was mid shower. Check out was easy . Nice lady worker. I did see a random man on the stairs that ignored me when I said good morning that I assumed lived there. 3/5 nice staff not 100% clean. Had to beg for really tiny soaps and there was a random half eaten tub of Nutella in my kitchen!
Terrible nights sleep no breakfast and no cleaning of our room even though I left notice outside the door. It was an effort to get any more milk or sugar and teabags even though I did give them notice. Also were never in the building when I needed them. Expensive for two nights.
I had a wonderful four-night stay at the Hudson Hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, and a TV. It was nice to have daily refreshed water bottles, along with plenty of tea and coffee. The host, Sandra, was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!
I stayed here for one night for my son's wedding. It was frankly very poor. There was no lock on the front door and it was left insecure. The property smelt musty and the bedding quality was poor and unmatched. I would never stay here again. When looking for my room I opened the door to one that was literally a mattress on the floor littered with cigarette butts
This is NOT a 4* hotel. The room smelt of smoke, the bathroom had half used mouthwash, all towels provided were damp and rolled up, the room was in a poor state of repair and is in urgent need of decoration. This is not a suite- it’s a poor room with a cupboard with a fridge and microwave. It would be perfectly acceptable if it were half the price and appropriately advertised as a hostel style experience.
