I spent my New Year holidays at this hotel, and the experience was truly excellent.
First of all, I want to highlight the outstanding level of service. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and incredibly efficient. From the front desk to the concierge team, everyone was helpful, polite, and quick to assist with any request. It really made the stay feel smooth and stress-free.
The rooms deserve special mention as well. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was simply luxurious. The overall comfort and quality of the room were top-level.
Finally, the spa area was a real highlight. A beautiful and well-designed space with multiple saunas, a great pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing fitness and wellness atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat after a long day.
The food was also excellent, fresh, and very tasty. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended.

总体来説，位置不方便、硬件设施不错，服务非常一般。

环境挺旧了，对不起这个价钱。服务态度也很一般般，唯一的心理安慰是早餐开始得挺早（其他酒店基本都8点）让我们赶飞机前起码能吃个早餐。
附近有一间shopping mall是walkable distance，买东西挺方便。

地下一层次大堂花园特别棒；客房很大，很舒服；酒店服务好，异国他乡感觉很宜人。

听説是贝尔格莱德唯一一家五星，不晓得是不是，房间很大，床垫很软很舒适，订的含早的房间，早餐不错，楼下就有公交站，坐车很方便，因为贝尔格莱德公交都是免费的。唯一不太好的是英语够用有点麻烦，遇到英语好的还OK，英语不好的就只有连比带划了。总的来説很不错，因为来出差，什么酒吧泳池都没体验，希望下次有机会吧。

酒店还不错，但最好打车去，直接送到门口，如果走路或者坐地铁的话需要爬一段比较长的楼梯

酒店地理位置便捷，早餐丰盛，有自己的露天停车场。酒店有恒温泳池、桑拿蒸房。美中不足是大堂没有欢迎茶水。
