Несколько раз останавливался в этом отеле несколько лет назад и сейчас решил остановиться здесь. Номера чистые, кровати комфортные, косметика хорошая. Но вот что изменилось так это завтраки, элементарно нет сосисок и лапши, можно конечно попросить омлет и блины или досу, но где же обычная еда? Три раза завтракал и только в один день было из мясного сосиски, а также фасоль, которых не было в другие два дня. Фрукты нарезает один человек в таком объеме, что даже в 7:30 утра не хватает на 5-10 человек, которые приходят к этому времени. При этом ужины хорошие, большой выбор и разнообразие. Исправьте завтраки! Обслуживание при этом в ресторане хорошее!

Nice hotel in a busy business area. Front staff is efficient and friendly. We were pleased to visit a clean town after long time. Hotel is perfectly situated in a nice area and shopping area was very conveniently located. We recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay and experience.

Terrible experience at Hyatt Lucknow! Reached the hotel at 1 am, exhausted from a delayed flight, and was shocked by the reception desk manager's attitude. Instead of assisting with check-in, he chose to entertain other guests, leaving me waiting. I urge you to feel free to check your reception desk cameras. To make matters worse, the room didn't have a bathtub despite it being listed as an amenity. When I raised the issue, the receptionist (Ovais) asked for booking screenshots, and even after providing them, he argued that the booking voucher mentioned "shower or bathtub" (noting the "or" clause). When I asked for a room with a bathtub, he claimed they were only available in suites and implied I was wrong to expect one, raising questions on my understanding capabilities. What infuriates me is Ovais' complete disregard for my frustration and poor treatment. He hung up the call on me, suggesting I connect with anyone I wish to escalate – like that's a solution! It's clear Hyatt's priority is finding loopholes and technicalities to get away with not delivering the experience promised. Why list amenities if they're not accurate? Is this how a 5-star hotel operates? Hyatt, I expect better from a premium brand like yours. The lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is appalling. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We booked directly on hotel website to avoid hassle.. No body reverted email but managed to get China world whtsapp n they connected me to duty manager who assisted with airport transport. Which was appreciated. Check in was at midnight despite of giving all passport/ visa etc they messed up n chased us twice in morning to come to reception with passport as they didn’t scan the visa.. The rooms were simple n clean but felt it was more of dust in air. Service is not upto standard.. breakfast time has to keep repeating for cutlery. Personally nothing special and would give them normal standard hotel. Location wise its good n convenient.. close to malls n cafes.
