Hygiène douteuse, accueil insultant et silence radio – à FUIR
Une expérience scandaleuse pour un établissement de ce standing. Nous avons séjourné au Hyatt Regency et le bilan est désastreux.
Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil a été inadmissible : la réceptionniste (Reni) a exigé un nouveau paiement pour un séjour déjà réglé via Trip.com depuis octobre, nous for?ant à fouiller dans nos comptes personnels devant elle avant d'admettre son erreur. Un traitement insultant. Le service client n'est pas mieux : face à nos interrogations sur les prestations mentionnées sur notre Voucher, Petar le réceptionniste a fait preuve d'un dédain total, nous intimant de nous débrouiller seuls avec Trip.com car il ne savait pas de quoi il s'agissait.
Le plus grave concerne l'hygiène : nous avons trouvé dans la chambre un fauteuil couvert de taches blanchatres suspectes. Les pieds de lit sales, les murs du couloir avec des taches de café. C'est une faute sanitaire lourde pour un h?tel se revendiquant 'luxe'.
Malgré l'envoi d'un mail de réclamation détaillé à la direction et à Trip.com, nous n'avons jamais re?u de réponse de leur part. Ce mépris total pour le client confirme que le groupe Marriott est 10 niveaux au-dessus du groupe Hyatt. Chez Marriott, le respect et la propreté sont des standards, pas des options. Quel dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de Marriott disponible au centre-ville pour nous épargner cette humiliation.
H?tel médiocre, service client fant?me, hygiène à déplorer. à éviter absolument.

位置房間都非常好， spa的男孩子服務也很熱情。我們來爬山，有spa 還是會緩解疲勞。住了3天，但泳池里的幾個噴水設施不運作，等待修理中
?缺點：只提供冷熱水，至少要有茶水和乾果類零食。
另外退房時前臺小姐完全不知道我續住的房間已經付款，要求付款，粗心的我還要刷卡，還好男友提醒前臺才開始核對。 主要是如果我付款了之后我發現的話， 我還是要浪費時間追回房費。 沒有必要。

房子非常非常得好，我比較喜歡這一個廁所，乾濕分離的設計是我很喜歡的類型，然后交通位置比較方便，離那個大教堂很近

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down.
.The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead.
.The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice.
.The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing
.The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property.
To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect.
I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

入住一切都很滿意，至少價格到位了，房間很乾凈，早餐選擇也很豐富，各類設施比較齊全，算是索菲亞很好的選擇了。

Hotel was with good location, the room was quite basic. Good pool & sauna area. Service attitude not the best and the breakfast room was quite messy and not cleaned also small. I can recommend this for a few nights stay in Sofia.
