Sadly my husband and I are spending the last night of our holiday in the Lavender Studio apartment after 13 fabulous days in Chania. Our stay has been made perfect because of the accommodation's location, Despoina the owner, who has been the perfect hostess ever step of the way from our first communications and Sophia the cleaner who has kept our rooms spotless. Thank You we hope to return.

I wanted to stay in old town near the water in an authentic Greek island hotel. Iason studios fit the bill perfectly. Lovely little apartment, two minute walk to harbor. I got in late at night. Despina arranged to have someone meet me at airport with taxi at set price. She made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything. A bakery around the corner was ideal breakfast spot. Try their Greek. Navigating Chiana Old Town in a car can be a challenge. When I got lost in the tangle of one-way and pedestrian only streets, I gave up, parked my car, and called my host. Although it was late in the day, she found me and led me and my car to a parking area close to the property. My room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was great, and provided a balcony with a charming view. The property itself could not be much better located, with all the key attractions and lots and lots of eating an drinking options close by. I have no reservations about recommending Chiana as a destination and Iason Studios as choice accommodation.

I cannot recommend Iason Studios enough - we had a wonderful week long stay! This was a perfect place to call home for a week while we were exploring Crete. Our suite was extremely charming, spacious and meticulously clean - with a beautiful balcony and views. Location is perfect - situated in the beautiful Topanas neighborhood in the beautiful Old Town section of Chania. The AC was great to turn on after long days spent in the sun and there are tons of restaurants, shops and lovely little laneways to explore right outside your door. Despina, our host, was so helpful and welcoming. We had such a lovely stay and I hope to be back and visit again soon!

More like an air bnb than a hotel. We stayed in a nice and spacious suit with a small kitchen and full size bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was a lot of fun since it was in the old town part of the city where no cars are allowed. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty to enjoy in walking distance.

I just had to post a review as we have recently stayed at Iason studios… where do I start ? On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Despina who welcomed us and showed us to our room and explained about all the facilities and showed us on a map lots of interesting things to see and restaurants around Chania. The rooms view was spectacular to say the least, we made full use of the coffee machine , sitting on our balcony each morning with a freshly made coffee was a great start to the day before setting out exploring Chania. Location location location ! Iason studios is right in the heart of the old town, which is so quaint, you meander through the narrow streets, it’s just so lovely… When our holiday was over, Despina even arranged for a taxi to take us back to the airport… We would definitely return! Thank you for making our trip complete !
