The good thing about this hotel is its location. Room size is ok for 1 pax. Otherwise there are only poor services from the staff. The check in counter staff aren't friendly at all. They made you feel like you are begging for help instead of offering good customer services. Had a meal at level 1 restaurant and the food really can't make it. Suggest you to go to crown plaza. Just slightly more dollars. And if you take uber the map will always get the driver to wait across the hotel. ???

Location - In the heart of the CBD area and within walking distance of the main sights. Additionally, the main mall is located next to the hotel, which features a supermarket within its premises. Room - Clean, but the room window doesn't open. Not a big deal, but something you should know if you like ventilation. I would stay here again.

Great location being close to museum, gallery and state library. Filtered water available in the gym and on level 1 at the bar. Staff were friendly.

位置方便，离公交站不远，离袋鼠岛一日游的接送点也很近，去各个景点都很方便。房间插座略微显老但是整体不影响使用。房间乾净整洁

Everything was perfect. Only couple of mark was on the bed sheet. Front desk staff is amazing.

So glad I chose this place. They’ve thought of every little detail down to sunscreen at the front exit and ice provided in a vacuum sealed bag because the buckets had run out! Every staff member smiled and was personable. The room was perfect and view incredible. I will for sure be back!

Clean and comfortable hotel in a wonderful location, a short and pleasant walk to many of the Adelaide centre's main sights including Rundle mall, the university, and the art gallery, and a short and quite direct ride by public transport to everything else including the airport and Glenelg beach. Super friendly and helpful staff, great bed, nice TV, clean bathroom, cool views! Thank you ibis adelaide

酒店离步行街一条街，购物非常方便，机场大巴J1、J2在门口公交站停靠。酒店乾净整洁舒适，早餐不错。服务人员热情细致耐心。

1??整体都唔错嘅 2??位置环境都OK 3??虽然圣诞节酒店就冇位泊车，但系泊喺户外都有免费嘅泊车，因为系圣诞节。? 4??就系因为买咗啲食物返酒店谂住用微波炉叮翻热，房间系没有唔紧要，要落去reception问佢就话要上一楼填form再俾职员同我叮，过程虽然有啲复杂，但系OK嘅！?「成个过程感觉良好」 5??房间就冇纸巾盒，剩系得厕所有！ 6??我净系带咗USB插头，竟然房间系没有??最终都系冇得叉电??我又费事落reception 查询，呢一方面实在太落后?? 7??瞓觉嘅时候原来窗帘已经放到尽晒，但系个漏洞就系你瞓觉竟然下便个窗街外系望到上嚟??完全唔够私隐度??最后唯有用垃圾桶用张凳再用枕头遮住????「附带图片自己参考呢个系最大嘅问题」? 8??我哋入住嘅时候系夜晚九点几，第二朝check-in佢话要11点正常嘅「如果想延迟check-in就要加钱都系一般酒店嘅要求」 9?? check-in嘅时候要俾五至10分钟reception检查房间先至可以攞返按金「大致上都系一切顺利」? ??服务员即系reception友善嘅态度和蔼可亲?? 令你得到一个圆满嘅答案????? ［重点当晚系圣诞节正日咁嘅价钱的确系值得推荐］?

位置很好，但房间很小，服务很热情，房间一天一打扫。房间采光也不错，地理位置很好，阿德莱德市区很小，从酒店步行可前往市区内
