All staff are very kind and nice.

Posizione lontana da centro e zona hotelera, vicina a un centro commerciale e qualche ristorante.
Servizio di parcheggio a pagamento (pochi € al giorno) ma molto comodo.
Stanza piuttosto spoglia, ma abbastanza pulita. Ci vorrebbero almeno un bollitore e un mini frigo.
Problema con la pressione dell’acqua della doccia, molto debole.
Personale gentile.

位于坎昆市中心位置，楼下有超市、便利店，附近有大商场。
停车只需要120墨西哥比索全包，一次入住无论多少天多少次，而且只需要把车停在酒店门口，会有工作人员帮忙停，取车也只需在酒店门口等待，工作人员会开过来。
不足之处在酒店洗衣服务标识不清晰，而且问了酒店工作人员也不知道，浪费了很多时间最后还是没洗成。

简约乾净，周围环境偏清静。位置很好，作为初抵步或去机场的中转酒店很理想，附近有几间便利店，离最近的商场路程约十多分钟。

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out.
Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience.

Great location close to the big shopping center. But you can hang laundry as it is very small the room and no balcony. Further it is good. They have a drinking water machine in the lobby

Located in the side of a big traffic circle. Malls are near by but the beaches and wet lands are not close by. Hotel is basic.

Хорошее расположение, средние завтраки. Окно в комнате не открывается, очень душно, вентиляция не справляется.

价格非常实惠，因为我们是凌晨落地的航班，休息的时间比较短，所以就定了一个比较乾净的，但是比较普通的房间，而且有附带两份早餐，非常适合
