I was disappointed that the hotel had not acknowledged our request regarding spending a 60th birthday with them and the room was basic but modern, clean and tidy. We found our 2 pin travel adapters did not fit the plugs at the bedside so had to take turns charging phones or using appliances via one plug socket. However, ?reception staff were very helpful and friendly and the allocation of a bus pass into the centre was appreciated given that the hotel was a little outside the town centre.

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Chur. The rooms and the view is nice. Breakfast is good for the price. Overall recommended.

Me and my wife (both Singaporean) stayed 1 night enroute to Innsbruck & Hallstatt. Standard IBIS layout, close to amenities and decent layout. Cheers :)

A very neat and modern building, room was a good size with a very generous balcony. Breakfast was simple but nice to be included. Good access to bus and local attractions. Very friendly staff at the reception.

It's just a short stay to catch an early train in Chur.
You take an elevator and then a stairs to the room.
The bed is comfy.
The parking slot is just on the basement.
McDonald's and supermarket is nearby
Staff is soo nice.

Everything was good but their breakfast time Indian waitress on 30th May was very rude. She ordered me like a boss with bad hand gesture to take the tray to the station where I just stand up after finishing my breakfast. This was not acceptable and very unpleasant for me. Will not recommend to have a breakfast at this hotel because of their rude Indian waitress.

家庭出游订了二间房，阳台非常大又舒适，房间内的大书桌提供了很好的使用电脑工作空间，离老城区搭门口巴士只要约十分钟，出行非常方便！下次再去库尔还订宜必思！

地理位置优越，房间小，环境一般，室内衞生一般。服务员热情服务。冇拖鞋牙刷等配套设施。价格便宜。存放行李安全，满意。
