Best regards for Ms. Zuzanna It was like an mission impossible First of all, I would like to thank the lady at the reception's her name is Zuzanna, above all for her professionalism and great commitment, watching the difficult situation related to the accessibility of the rooms during the concert taking place in ?ód?. She did what she could, to help me to organize a room. In the end you succeeded, thank you, you are great! As for the room itself, I am happy, well -kept and comfortable, the location is the most plus due to the communication route and the proximity of the city center. I recommend! 连锁酒店统一的装修风格，比较宽敞明亮。在市中心，旁边是商场，距离公交车站走路两分钟，挺热闹的。距离最近的火车站 2公里。

Very nice hotel, have stayed there many times when I am in Poland, staff are very friendly and helpful, I will be back to stay in a few months time

基本还是可以的，蹭了不少诺富特酒店的设备，因为都在一栋楼，比较适合青年团或者带小孩。
