Everything was perfect! First of all staff is super friendly, helpful and nice! The room was clean 100% that is really important for me. Breakfast was tasty. Great service. I defined recommend the stay because we had very pleasant stay here!

В нашем номере не было балкона но вид и рассвет был великолепный. Пахнет в номере приятно. В номере так же есть чайник, чашки и кофе, холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор

Good place to stay when you are visiting Qusar. I stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful mountain view from my window. The small garden is a place to sit every evening, so calming and peaceful. There is a small supermarket which is very handy. The room was big and cleaned. The best part of this hotel is the staff. From front desk to restaurant to bell boy. Everyone was so helpuful and smiling all the time. Must stay whenever you are here. Kudos to Ilk Hotel and the team. Nikhil

The staff was very friendly and all are very approachable. Food was nice and very affordable. As soon as we came we we’re greeted by everybody who was in the lobby. While having breakfast the staff we’re very attentive when taking our orders and assisting us

The hotel is charming, the cleanliness is ideal, the spacious room with fancy design, big and comfy bed to sleep in like a baby, modern bathroom with a heated floor, a nice location which is 20 minutes driving to Shahdag. There is a temperature adjustable air-conditioning and heating system, so you decide how to set your room temperature. The staff made a strong impression on us with the level of helpfulness, friendliness, and personal approach. The way we were greeted during a smooth check-in felt homely. Nice breakfast with a big selection and the waiters were quick to serve what asked for. The room service menu is rich with affordable and tasty. You can order meals from local dishes to salads, pasta, or pizzas to your room. The hotel offers a Kids Club full of toys, it was entertaining for our 3-year-old. A large fitness center with numerous sports equipment comes in handy to get rid of some calories after getting stuffed with delicious local specialties. There is a nice sauna with a shocking shower bin at an extra charge, great to relax in during the evening. You can safely park your car in a closed huge parking garage with surveillance cameras. This is a great place to lodge in Qusar if you are the one who wants a comfortable stay and services at a great value of money. Kudos to the entire staff for such a perfect accommodation!

Concluded the business trip with a pleasant stay at this hotel. What I liked the most: The hotel is a new, modern property with a terrific guest room that has a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The heating system in the hotel is nice with a warm bathroom floor. A tidy hotel, cleanliness is top-notch throughout the property. Breakfast was nice with no limits. There is an elevator in the hotel. Hospitable, and accommodating staff with smiley faces, quickly responsive in all terms. Super Wi-Fi speed, the signal is strong everywhere, whether in your room, lobby, restaurant, and so on. A well-equipped conference room for free of charge. A nice small garden to take a walk in with a coffee shop on site. All kinds of different coffees with delicious desserts. The hotel is really a nice place to stay whether for business trips or simply to relax with friends and family.

Amazing hotel in the city center. Stuff is very friendly, breakfast is great and delicious ?? they have gym, sauna and you can play pool in the evening. Room is very clean and fresh. If you are going to shahdag, it’s definitely the place to stay ??????

Super hotel, sympathetic and attentive personnel, we got a special upgraded room, with a wonderfull see to Gusar. We had a very wonderful journey with special room gift and customized meal order! Parking access easy. Rooms are very clean and orginized. Just wonderful !

As a first impact of the hotel, I thought it's a good one like some other ones. But in fact, my stay there during my booking made me have a different impact. From one side, the manager "Sabina" and the hotel staff were so friendly, welcoming, hosting, and so humble. You don't feel that you are staying in a hotel. In the other hand, they make you feel that you're in your home! From the other side, every single detail in the hotel and in the room is inviting you to luxury, elegance, and comfort. The location of the hotel is typical: 5 min walk from Nariman Park, 10 min by car from El Rancho, 30 min by car from Shahdag mountain and 15 min by car from Asfar Lake. The area is super quiet, relaxing, and full of greenery. I can't get enough of it! Although it was July, the weather was amazing, especially when the sun sets down!
