訂了高樓層的房間，夜景超級無敵漂亮，下次再來澳門一定再住

Everything was perfect. We got room on 69th floor and the view was awesome.

The staff were exceptionally polite, and the hotel's location was ideal!conveniently close to the tram and grocery store. However, during our five day stay, the room was never cleaned, despite contacting the front desk and leaving a note on the bell. This lack of housekeeping was disappointing and could be improved.

景觀沒有想像中好，雖然房間在很高的樓層，但附近都是高樓大廈
浴室只有置頂的花灑頭
廚房設備齊全，焗爐洗碗機微波爐都有
沒有牙刷和拖鞋，需要自備
基本上沒有什么服務，每天執房服務也只有倒垃圾和鋪床，住了四個晚上也沒有換床單
位置很方便 就在queen Victoria market對面，很適合早上到市場買東西食

The 69th floor apartment was absolutely amazing . The views are breathtaking. The apartment was just the right size and the little outside / closed in deck was good on a chilly Melbourne night.
The only downfall was the indoor swimming pool it was FREEZING ?? !!! So not good after a long day walking around Melbourne city and ready to relax and have a swim !!! The Spa was nice and hot.

Enjoyed our stay, got to check in early, room was clean, clean towels every day, tram just down the road.

酒店位于墨爾本市中心，路程5mins就有free zone的電車站Melbourne Central station，酒店附近各種各樣的餐廳、超市和便利店，同時Queen Victoria Market也在附近????
重點是我住的房間位于68/F，日景和夜景的景色簡直不得了??
