I think experience of this hotel really depends on where your room is. My tiny room overlooked the quadrangle next to reception. As such, it was horribly noisy all day and virtually all night. If I were lucky there was a window of peace between midnight and 3am. Germans shouting, babies crying, panpipe version of Celine Dion on repeat, dogs barking, the doorbell going or the door being thumped. I had a window which looked straight in to others' rooms, and another out to the quad but with no blind or curtains to block the light. I only had breakfast one morning, but at 9am there was almost nothing left, the juice was just water. I had a takeaway breakfast on my last day but it wasn't special (when ever is it?). My room and bathroom were tiny. I would love to say they were clean, but there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The picture on the wall was falling out of the frame. If you want to book a tour where you're picked up, this hotel appears to be out of bounds for all operators. Nowhere to leave luggage other than on the floor which is never recommended. The staff were nice enough.

Muy amables. Muy buena atención. Habitación confortable, prolija, limpia y con espacio suficiente para pasar unos dias en Cusco. Servicio de desayuno en un lindo restaurante, buen desayuno. Tiene un lindo patio externo.

We stayed here as part of Intrepid travel's 4 day Inca trail hike .Our family were very happy with it .They are very amenable to storage of luggage ,the breakfast is fine .Our rooms were clean and the showers were good .It's centrally located so easy access to the main tourist areas

The hotel is in a great position for exploring Cusco. The bedrooms are off a courtyard, so quite dark. The dining room is beautiful. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Es un lugar mágico, muy acogedor y cómodo con un personal A1 que se preocupan por tu comodidad y seguridad. Su ubicación es ideal para poder movilizarse. Esperamos regresar pronto. Muy agradecidos con Ivan y todo el personal del hotel!!!!!

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from the Place des Armes, and features a charming patio. The rooms are simple but equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including cosy bedding. The staff are very pleasant, welcoming, and go out of their way to ensure guests feel at home. There was a lovely open courtyard in the centre where we sat in the evening enjoying a few drinks from the bar. It was a comfortable, chilled vibe. This mid-range hotel offers covered outdoor seating and is conveniently close to the city centre and major tourist attractions. It’s located on a quaint, cobbled one-way street on a hill, with a couple of nice bars, cafes, and restaurants at the top. At the bottom, there’s a roundabout with a wider selection of shops and pharmacies. Just be careful when stepping out of the doors of the hotel as there is only a narrow pavement and lots of traffic The stay included breakfast, while decent, there was not a vast selection. Overall, this hotel offers a pleasant and comfortable stay in a convenient and charming location. We stayed here on two occasions either side of our trip to the Amazon rainforest trip we were on through Exoticca. We were in a much larger room on the return (a family room with a mezzanine room above)

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Dispone de un restaurante y la comida es excelente. El personal nos resultó muy atento, incluso nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi el último día, debido a que habíamos tenido un inconveniente con la agencia de viajes y el servicio de tour. Nos salvaron de que no perdamos el vuelo a Lima. Además, nos sorprendió la calidez y los valores de su gente. Lo recomiendo 100%

Very good experience. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant where we ate breakfast (El Artisano) they are super kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable and safe. Thank you so much for make our experience much better here in Cuzco. Muy buena experiencia. El personal del hotel y el restaurante donde tenía el desayuno son super amables y hospitalarios. Los cuartos limpios, confortables y seguro. Muchas gracias por hacer mi experiencia en Cuzco mucho más linda!!!

It was a very cozy room and the bedding was nice and warm for the cold nights because of the wool blankets included in the sheets. The breakfast was buffet-style with a variety of dishes to choose from and was super tasty. The hotel also has coca tea that is meant to help with altitude sickness which helped out tremendously. The staff’s attention was excellent and friendly throughout our stay. A bonus, the hotel was a short 10 min walk to the main square. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Un hotel colonial muy del lugar, te reciben bien, atentos, la habitacion muy limpias, comodas y cuenta con calefaccion para mi fue algo muy importante para dormir mas calientica. Apenas para ir a dormir ya que todo el tiempo estas por fuera pero acogedor mientras estas ahi!!!
