Great inexpensive hotel
Very nice, humble, and clean hotel. Front desk staff was super kind and you could tell enjoyed their work. Great restaurant right across the street. Very walkable and well located.

Hotel in posizione ottima per prendere il pullman per Machu Picchu e per la stazione dei treni. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Buona colazione a buffet che inizia molto presto, alle 5 del mattino

Excellent customer service, always making sure our needs were met. Everything conveniently located.

The property is small and very unassuming but we only stayed for one night so it worked for us.
The staff were great at check in and with any other additional requests.
We asked for a heater and they brought us a radiator immediately which made such a big difference to the stay.
The breakfast was laid out at 5 am and again had a variety that was just enough for the early start with fresh fruit , cheeses, cold cuts, tasty breads.
Everything was fresh even the juices that seemed to be freshly squeezed.
It really was value for money at the end of the day.

We were told we would be met at the train. The train was late, so they decided to not meet us. I did not have internet, but, thankfully, my son did. We had to find our own way. The place is clean. Fresh linens, towels amd hot water. However, everything seemed damp including the towels. The sink, the toulet, and the shower leaked. Just felt like all the dampness just clung to me. Breakfast was extremely simple. I had a banana and a roll.
Because we were early getting back from MP, they let us stay in the lobby until we were to catch our train. This, holding our liggage, and giving us a water bottle when we checked in, was very kind of them. The bed was ok and did the job as we were only there for one night. The location to the train and bus stop is ideal.

Hotel simples mas bem localizado e confortável. Bom Café da manh?. ótimo custo benefício. Hospedagem perfeita pra quem vai a Machu Picchu e n?o faz quest?o de muito luxo.

wi-Fi超级慢，不会再入住及推介给别人
这间算是我在秘鲁旅行近20天中，最差的酒店，wifi 像假的，经常性断线，收唔到， Wi-Fi对于一个游客嚟讲超级重要，所以我觉得呢间酒店系很差唔会再入住亦都唔会推介给别人，另一个原因，因为佢厕所有阵异味很臭，浴室块镜很不稳阵，连我的电动牙刷也承托不稳，总之成个浴室设计很有问题不够人性化，房间对住酒店走廊所以很黑暗，开窗又会嘈，房内空气不流通。另外顶楼应该有工作人员居住或是工作的，常常有很多噪音，另外酒店没有电梯，住在4楼每天都要爬很多楼梯上落，我不喜欢。早餐也是无咩好食好饮，可以不要食。

It’s a nice and affordable hotel. The hotel team is very friendly and you got the possibility to get fresh after the machu pichu tour, even when you’re already checked out. 10/10

Pousada Confortável
O quarto possuía um bom tamanho, a cama n?o era t?o confortável, mas o espa?o e a roupa de cama estavam muito limpas. Funcionários gentis e agradáveis. Café da manh? simples, porém gostoso. Perto, a pé, do centro de águas Calientes. Banheiro limpo e com amenities úteis ao viajante. Recomendo.
