Perfect location if you are touring the campus and downtown. Rooms were super comfortable. Guest desk people were super friendly also.

Very nice except for the heat/air unit was very loud and ran nonstop. We had to turn off when we went to sleep to avoid the loud noise.

The room was just beautiful. The desk attendants were pleasant and very helpful. We had dinner one night at Ella’s and it was delicious and the staff were also amazing. Perfect experience if coming to visit you kids at UA.

This was the cutest place with history! We loved being right on campus! Friendly staff and big rooms.

Parking was convenient and safe. All areas were very clean. The only complaint is that the top sheet on our bed was so thin it had holes in the hem line.

Great location and staff was very friendly/helpful but the hotel itself is very outdated. Our room’s air conditioner did not work. The engineering staff was great but it was unfortunately a weekend. They gave us another bed upstairs and we were able to sleep there and keep our stuff down in the other room. Staff was great from front desk to engineer. They’re doing the best they can with the condition of the hotel. Owners just need to do desperately needed upgrades to the hotel.
