Friendly and informative check in, with the staffer helping we old folks with our suitcases up to the room. Large clean room. The room was booked at last minute (an earlier booking had been made for the next night) because our cruise ship had mechanical issues and we had to disembark a day early. So we actually had two check ins because our pre-booked room was different. The staff held our luggage then moved it into our second night room. This hotel is wonderful and we will cheerfully stay here again when we return to Athens.

Oda temizdi,personel cana yakin ve samimiydi.kahvalti cok güzeldi.Personellerin y?nlendirmesiyle ?ok güzel yerlerde yemek yedik.otel merkezi konumdaydi , her yere yurume mesafesindeydi.otelden ayrilirken kahvaltimizi paket yaptilar ve kahve ikraminda bulundular. Atinaya gidecekler icin kesinlikle tavsiyedir.

Beautiful boutique hotel at prime location with easy access to metro, park, shops and restaurants. The room is very clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has huge selection of food. Highly recommended!

旧房改造成酒店公寓，设施新简洁。我到的很晚，早上三四点，前台男生非常好，为在院子里减少拖行李的噪音帮着提着我的小行李箱到电梯口，层内因是老房结构，楼梯上上下下，拎行李很不便。特别需要提到的是，我只睡了三四个小时，早餐11点关，10:47下去吃，因打咖啡排队，没能在11点关掉咖啡机前拿到咖啡，让那天早上其中一个o比较强壮的女服务生在吧枱的咖啡机做一杯，她非常无礼地説你错过了早饭时间，另台机器做要花钱买。我説我可是一个人买了两份早餐，没喝到咖啡并不是我没试图在停止早餐前去打，而是前面数个人在排队需要等侯而错过。她态度极其恶劣坚持説11点停止早餐是规矩，我强调上述前提，就此来回扯皮三四轮，令周围在座吃早饭的客人全投来关注的目光。后来他同事应该不希望事态恶化，建议她给我倒一杯咖啡，才结束争执。其间一个小女孩去拿还未收完的食品，她视而不见并没有因为过了吃饭时间而制止，这不是歧视是什么？！作为一个服务人员，不能解决最简单问题，会为一杯咖啡而激化矛盾，明显区别对待客户，是我这辈子住酒店头一次遇到的恶劣态度问题。女生这样的工作态度，我真怀疑是否应该换份工作，完全不适合服务行业！

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. This was my 2nd visit this year. The hotel is conveniently located within the city. Close to the Syntagma station and round the corner from where the airport buses depart from. Lots of options available for eating and drinking. The Greek Parliament building and other tourist sites within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is very well decorated / maintained. The room allocated didn’t have a great deal of natural light but was a good size and very clean/ comfortable. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and professional. If I was returning to Athens I would stay at the hotel again. Thank you.

房间设施较为一般。衞生乾净。空调极冷，需要让前台调整。前台的男生的服务态度非常友善。喜欢他们独特的建筑结构和布局。地理位置方便，到宪法广场步行5-10mins，比较安静，小花园很美丽，早餐也很精致。

不要订一楼的房间，是半地下室，只有一个极小的天井窗户采光，全屋极暗，我到的时候都震惊了。但花园非常漂亮，有一棵大柠檬树，树上还有鸟巢。在树下度过了看书、工作的惬意的两天。早餐丰盛美味，位置也很好。
