Amazing staff and service. Family affair with mom and daughter leading operations and customer service. Room was spacious, nice open patios for relaxation, peaceful location. Staff can advise on tours to restaurants. We ate at a restaurant they recommended and booked a Bromo tour with them and both were amazing. They can arrange both private and group tours. We actually booked a second hotel closer to the city center and regretted it, as it did not match the serenity and peacefulness of INNI.

I had a wonderful time there with my girlfriend! The place is clean and lovely. I especially liked the three terraces. The staff is sooo friendly and they even organized everything for us. The offered bromo tour was also amazing. They even helped us booking a bus to our next stop in banyuwangi. I can highly recommend this accomodation:)

Très joli homestay, calme et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables. Les espaces communs sont très sympas et apaisants. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Service de nettoyage de linge si besoin. Il est un peu excentré du centre de Malang, mais au moins c'est au calme, ce qui est aussi appréciable. Ne pas hésiter à prendre un grab pour se déplacer

We looked at the properties in Malang and Inni homestay was a no brainer looking at the rave reviews. It really lived up to the expectations. The decor was boho, the place was squeaky clean, and the hosts were really helpful. They went out of their way to help us in any way. We also booked our Mount Bromo and Ijen crater tour through them. The tour was a breath of fresh air. The attention to details, punctuality, hospitality was top notch. Will highly recommend this homestay and the tour!

L’accueil d’Irene et sa fille est vraiment parfait. Elles s’occupent vraiment de tout si vous le souhaitez (sortie cascade, plan de la ville avec les visites à faire, sortie au Bromo, transfert vers votre prochaine étape…). tout cela à un tarif correct. Elles pensent même à vous donner des cousins pour les longs trajets afin que les enfants dorment le mieux possible. La homestay est très propre et les espaces communs sont vraiment très sympathiques et bien équipées. très bon petit-déjeuner différents chaque jour dont un où nous avons testé des spécialités indonésiennes. nous avions volontairement pris la chambre avec deux lits superposés. c’est un peu petit mais les espaces communs permettent de faire des choses en dehors de la chambre. Restaurants et indomaret à proximité même si l’homestay est à l’écart du centre ville. Comme dans beaucoup d’endroit, on nous demande de ne pas mettre le papier toilette dans les toilettes. ce serait bien que celui-ci soit vidé chaque jour pour éviter les odeurs. il faut se mettre de l’anti moustiques dans les parties communes
