We had a late flight and arrived late to the hotel. Check in was pretty smooth very friendly despite the time. The breakfast was pretty decent the women serving was sooo nice and friendly. Hotel room was clean,nice and organized. Will definitly be back.

it’s unkempt, rusty shower head and hole, dirty carpet, old furnishing, food is ok, customer service is ok, good at the building

Hotel sin servicios de bar ni restaurante. No tenían ni siquiera agua para la venta y no dan agua en las habitaciones

The staff is truly lovely and this review doesn’t reflect them at all. The hotel overall is old and needs lots of updates. I wouldn’t suggest this area for female solo travelers. I did feel safe inside the hotel but the outside is a bit sketchy.

Within walking distance of central park and a diversity of food options. However, caution needed if returning / going out on foot late evening or night. Nice staff. Great support from Sthefanny; contact with trustable taxi drivers for day trips or around the city. Nice view of the city from the lift and at the end of corridors.

I cant speak on "around the property" as i never left the hotel, but everyone, including kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend! Breakfast was included in our stay. Hotels in San Pedro don't usually do that. Of course they'll offer it, but it'll just be extra.

Muy Higienico, no dispone de agua caliente, la piscina tiene meses sin funcionar, areas comunes sin aire acondicionado, personal de segurdad limitado/sin uniforme y arma y bastante adulto....front desk lento
