酒店中规中矩，设施和服务算是城市洲际里比较好的，房间很好，泳池水质好像有点问题。

??地理位置不错前台服务也很好，房间景色好。泳池小了点，房间忘记配牙刷了还。酒店kids club值得点赞可以托管小孩，老师们都很nice！做了许多手工

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are super professional and helpful and so so kind. Really top notch service. The room was very nice with a beach view and the hotel is located centrally making it easy to get everywhere. Although the club lounge high tea was nice the highlight was the breakfast on the first floor. Absolutely amazing with a wide range to choose from. I highly recommend Intercontinental Nha Trang.

Although the bar’s food is not relatively delicious, but they have Good location, and good service. Serves proactively.

海滩沿线都是大大小小的酒店，位置就不说了。早餐也是没有什么出彩的，毕竟芽庄300多的酒店早餐也不差。但是，特别表扬kids club的两位工作人员！孩子在酒店期间，一直要求去kids club，连最喜欢的游泳池都不想去了，回来后还一直念叨。两位工作人员特别亲切有耐心，画画做手工都不在话下，彻底赢得了孩子的心！酒店的其他工作人员也都非常亲切，态度友好，积极帮助客人解决问题，前台还帮我们升级房型，以及和送机司机联络，帮了我们很大的忙。

交通很方便，走几分钟就是购物中心、Lotte Mart，楼下的餐厅也还不错。酒店过个马路就是海滩。酒店自身的设施游泳池、小童乐园也还不错，服务也很周到，家庭出游孩子玩得很开心。

Staff all very professional, friendly, greet you with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. Hotel is clean and in a good location. Room is a good size. This is what you expect from an intercontinental.

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. ?????? Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! ??

酒店位于珍珠岛上，离海滩非常近，环境优美，早餐非常丰富和美味，想去其他地方的话，酒店的穿梭车随叫随走。真的很不错！
