I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally.
Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.

Hotel is renovated and rooms are comfortable. Spa is quite good, especially the big jacuzzi outside. Massage is excellent and professional. Breakfast is terrible, and very basic. Some badly dried eggs, some salad which feels more like plastic, and some fried bacon.. We also had a dinner, and food had no taste. Management needs to seriously work on attitude and client orientation. Asked cleaner for extra quilt, since it was cold, and she just dropped it and disappeared without any bed sheets. I called her back and then she inserted the quilt inside of the bed sheets. Restaurant waiter, was arrogant, and ruth during the dinner on 20 January. Probably since this is state property, and they get salary anyway. The hotel needs to work seriously on service improvement and staff attitude.

All our needs was in walking distance if not at the hotel! Breakfast was absolutely awesome with a wide range of foods to choose from!!

A very nice hotel that has been recently renovated (in 2019 to be exact) that is located at the perfect place in Sandanski - next to a park and also the city center. The food was very good, the SPA area was very good as well. Overall - it was a nice experience, I would probably visit again.

日本の温泉をイメージしてたので、スパにはややがっかりしましたが、でも、施设、驻车场、スタッフ、朝食、など、やはり、一流だな、と感じました。街歩きするにも最高の立地。周囲に、もう少し手顷なスパホテルがあるので迷いましたが、スパ目的だったので、老舗のブランドを考虑し、ここを选択しました。サンダンスキの街自体が素晴らしく、ここのホテルと合わせて、とても満足のいく滞在ができました。

Off season time. Hotel was dead. But good experience. Maybe during winter ski season would be nice.

Hotel rooms, breakfast, spa, all service - most excellent. Breakfast was very good. I do not agree with negative reviews. All the personnel are friendly and helpful. And they are really putting an effort. The pools are great( I am very sensitive- nothing happened to my skin, so I can verify the pools are clean). Cleaning of the rooms is also very good. Some tips for improvement of the spa areas: 1. It would be good if there are 2 designated lanes with dividers: one for swimming laps; and second one split in two in the middle for the people that can only do 1/2 lane. This way the swimmers can swim and the soakers can soak. It is impossible to swim from one end to the other due to people being all over the pool at all times. 2. No running and no smoking by the pools( I saw one of the lifeguard smoking near the outdoor pools). NON SMOKING needs to be strictly enforced. It is NOT.
