Bathroom in room 119 was dirty. Stains in toilet and around underside of seat. Black mould on the walls and shower curtain absolutely filthy. Some litter on floor. Cups and teaspoons were absolutely filthy.

Room wasnt cleaned great. Not hoovered at all. Lack of towels. Premier inn have gone downhill. Very disappointing....

This has got to be 1 of the best premier inns I have stayed at, staff member was very pleasant and helpful.

Very disappointed. Have stayed here several times and need very happy until now. It was clear our room at not been cleaned although the bed was made up. There were no towels and the place had clearly not been hoovered and toilet was not clean, also a pair of someone else’s socks under a chair. On complaining we were told they would get it sorted. When we returned the only thing that had been done was towels put on top of toilet seat! Not very hygienic!! Corridors leading to bedrooms very dirty too again with no hoovering being done!!

There is no fridge or microwave, which is quite disappointing. Supermarket is not far, and opens late.

Stayed here for one night, on our way to highlands. When we arrived, tried to check in, one machine broken, the other wouldn’t recognise my QR code. Finally found a member of staff who checked us in. Room was generally good, bed comfy. The bathroom needed skirtings cleaning, and a few wall stains cleaned off. Had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was in a Brewers Fayre pub next door and that was fine.

Travelled up to this Premier Inn on Tuesday after a long drive. Receptionist was informative about where the room was, breakfast and check out info. My room was in the annex across from the main building. It was on the ground floor but it was spacious, clean and relaxing. Bed and pillows were super comfy and the facilities were great. Had the best sleep I've had in a long time! Heard no noise from vehicles outside or guests in the corridor and the blinds were thick enough to block out any light. Had the best stay here and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Inverness!

I'm a regular here ever week most rooms are ok but some don't have the HDMI working on the TV so when you plug your device in to the sockets on the wall it comes up no signal this needs to be fixed ASAP for your guests Apart from that rooms are good and restaurant is great highly recommend the brewers fayre

La experiencia que hemos tenido con los hoteles de la cadena Premier Inn, no es buena. El Premier Inn de Inverness, tiene un solo piso y un solo ascensor que está después de caminar casi una cuadra. No tienen frigobar en la habitación, por lo que si se necesita tomar algo fresco hay que comprarlo y consumirlo en el momento. Este hotel especialmente, no tiene aire acondicionado. Hay un ventilador. No hay cofre de seguridad. En la habitación que nos tocó, había una mesa de luz y la otra era un banco. En el ba?o no hay donde colgar la toalla de mano que además dejan solo una. No hay shampoo ni gorra de ba?o. Hay gel de ducha solamente. La verdad que no fue una buena experiencia. No recomendables.

Arrived at 7.30pm aftera very long dri ve to find no rooms available. We were not the o ly people in reception. Duty manager started shouting at us saying that she was short staffed and if the housekeeping staff had had any sense they would have left when their shift finished instead of taking the overtime. Have never came across someone so understressed and certainly in the wrong job. We asked for a drink to be provided while we waited but were told she could offer free breakfast. As we will be leaving before breakfast starts this is no use to us . Will NEVER stay here again and it has even put me off Premier Inn if this is what they have become.
