The reception hours were a little odd. The ac was very nice tho and the location itself was nice

Potentially the cleanliness could be an improvement, the garbage Shute didn’t look like it had been cleaned out or replaced for the whole 6 days we stayed. Making the hallway reek. Also room service could be added for stays? Everything else was fine just those 2 small things that I would suggest to the hotel resort

All that I expected from the amenites and I was obsessed with the view. Will be contacting Impanema for next year's stay!

The room looked very tired, not like what is on the photos, the bedroom light was very weak.
The shower light didnt work and the dust under and behind the beds filled the dust pan when i swept it.. i dont think the cleaners clean under or behind the beds
i just wouldnt stay there again

There were stains on the carpet when we first arrived aswell as sauce on the balcony wall. The amenities like the frying pan where broken aswell as a lack of a flipper for the pan.2 large ladels where provided but they were not useful when it came to things like eggs and pan cakes.
There was also no vent in the bathroom and if you are staying for multiple days it risks mould growing so we had to open the balcony and bathroom door in hopes of avoiding that.
The bed was made nicely and the room smelt ok.Staff where helpful when it came to providing toilet paper and bin bags

Everything was in excellent condition, however the shower drain was full of hair, which was pretty disgusting. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

Ich m?chte mich für die hervorragende Ausstattung bedanken, insbesondere das schnelle Internet und die M?glichkeit, den Whirlpool, den Pool und die Sauna zu nutzen. Geschirrspüler, gro?er Balkon, Klimaanlage waren funktionierend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und w?hrend des Aufenthalts waren sehr gut und hab zu einem reibungslosen, kontaktlosen Check-in geführt. Auch die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr war exzellent und hat uns die Erkundung der Umgebung sehr erleichtert. Das schnelle WLAN war für unsere Bedürfnisse ebenfalls von gro?er Bedeutung. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

I recently stayed at the Ipanema in Gold Coast and had a fantastic experience. I was so worried that i might not be able to check-in to the hotel as I arrivedl during off hour but they left the key in a box which made it easier to check-into the hotel. Everything about the stay was great—from the hotel itself to the room, bed, and all the facilities.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The location is also a big highlight—perfectly situated between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, 12-15mins from hotel making it convenient to get around and enjoy everything the Gold Coast has to offer.
The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice pool, gym, and secure parking. Everything was in great condition and well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive overall experience.
I would definitely recommend Ipanema to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Gold Coast .
