Clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. I would recommend to all travellers who look for nice and luxury hotel with affordable price. However, it is a bit far from airport and city center.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean hotel, safe area with some fastfood options on 10 minuts walking.

I came with my family and we had a wonderful time this place is genuinely beautiful and comfortable and in a secure area and the managers were very helpful. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We have booked again and definitely highly recommended.

We were blown away by how nice our stay was! The staff was lovely and the food was so so delicious, we wish we stayed longer to try more of the options! Our room was lovely and spacious and the hotel was very conveniently located, we were able to have a nice walk to a nearby food court.

My experience at the jacaranda was really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend . Rooms were very spacious and clean. Over my stay was very comfortable.

Property was very good for a 4 star. Some of the decorative finishing needed work but apart from that there were no complaints in this department. The reason an excellent rating was not given was for 2 reasons. One was I got some laundry done and they promised me it back within 2 days and I was leaving on the morning of the 3rd day. They apologised and promised me the items at 7am. When the time came they told me that the laundry person would not be in till 8am. Then they couldn’t locate the items. They finally found the items around 8.30am - 30mins after I have left to catch a flight. They posted this to me at their cost. The other issue was, when loading the car in the morning of our departure they forgot to load up a small chair and once we noticed it they informed us that there would be a charge to send it back to us, even though they insisted on loading the car for us, they would not accept responsibility for this. We paid and they sent us our items back 6 days later. Apart from these issues the stay was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy. We stayed for 5 nights and it was pleasant. I would still recommend it.

I stayed here with my husband and 4 children from october 25th until 8th november. We moved here due to awful experience from the centaurus apartments. From the onset we were blown away by the luxurious hotel, the rooms felt as though we we were in a dubai hotel, soo clean and well maintained. The customer service was impeccable. No request was too big and every time they went above and beyond. Everything we tried on the menu was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and we felt safe and secure due to the security in the Defence area. This is especially important when you are visiting with family! I definitely will go back and stay here without a 2nd thought. Thank you soo much to all the jacaranda team!
