Check in i?lemimin ba?ar?l? oldu?u sistemde g?rülmesine ve oda numaram?z da ?nceden sistemde g?rülüyor olmas?na ra?men resepsiyonda bulunan personel dakikalarca i?lem yapt?, tekrar pasaportlar? istedi. Buna hi?bir anlam veremedim. Zaten k?s?tl? olan zaman?m?z? burada harcamak hi? ho? olmad?. Bu sebepten puan eksiltiyorum.

We were very impressed upon check in as we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing!
The hotel was a short walk from the station and close to the lake.
The main disappointment for us was breakfast. We were there 2 nights and the first morning we thought maybe they’re just short staffed or very busy. However the second morning was worse. Breakfast was until 10.30 and even though we were down an hour before this, they had run out of bread and the hot food items were not being filled up. Nor the pastries. We had to ask for some and were told it would be 15 minutes so we hardly had any food and we had to eat out somewhere else after. It was such a shame as the hotel was lovely but they really need to keep on top of filling up the food items as I had paid a fair amount for breakfast and it was sadly not at all worth it.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They never replied to my emails, which made communication frustrating. Parking was a real problem — their own lot was full, and I had to figure out on my own where the nearest parking was, driving around in circles twice before finding a spot. The room was in poor condition and the pillows were terrible.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient and the staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the issues with parking, the room, and lack of communication made the overall experience far from comfortable.

在瑞士第二大城市的高物价下，酒店确实给了我惊喜。房间设施：比较齐全，拖鞋牙膏牙刷等都有，很方便，衞生非常好，房间面积也比较大。最满意的是早餐，瑞士和巴黎几家酒店中最好的，水果特别丰富和美味

Super h?tel!! Très bon service et accueil sympathique. H?tel très propre et toutes les commodité y sont disponibles.
Très bien placé à quelques mètres du lac, de la gare et du centre ville historique.

房间挺好的，位置也比较好，去哪里都比较方便，去之前听説很多酒店没有空调，这家酒店有真的很开心，比后面定的酒店好一些，就是页面上説华人友好，实际并没有感受到什么
