The whole stay was wonderful, the hosts are very welcoming and amenable. You feel very welcome and are able to communicate with them easily. They offer great advise regarding the area. We booked a tour to go paddle boarding at sunset with monkey adventure bacalar though the hotel which was absolutely incredible. The room was very spacious, the kitchen had plenty of utensils. There were multiple communal outside areas and free filtered water.
I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.
Short walk to the centre with excellent food places just on the corner.
Jungla Bacalar was a little slice of heaven. Peaceful, clean, lovely macrame art by Leti hanging everywhere, great breakfast, right near the lagoon, and really lovely hosts and guests. Book it! You won’t be disappointed!
H?tel tout simplement génial, Le chalet rustique est magnifique avec ses trois étages il offre une vue 360. Service excellant, les h?tes sont très sympathique. Plusieurs endroit pour relaxer a l'ombre ou au soleil, grande Terrace avec hamac et chaise longue, petit bar, cuisine a air ouverte et coin privé. Endroit très bien situé a distance de marche de tout, même d'un accès publique a la lagune, ce qui est très rare a Bacalar.
Solo estuve una noche, me pareció que el lugar está apto para estancias donde no requieres nada más que llegar a dormir, aunque también tienen el servicio de renta de bicis y desayunos previa solicitud.
