酒店环境真心不错，位置也很好，离太阳神庙和武器广场都不远。让人不可思议的是携程第一晚给我们定了地下一层，经交涉，第二次入住换到了一层。视野不行就算了，房间里的物品也是不同档次。这麽贵的酒店，携程还耍这种手段，能坑就坑，这也要赚差价吗??

这是我住过最差的万豪，第一天入住居然是地下室的房间，有一个象徵性的窗户，外面是地下室的墙！明显忽悠人，订房的时候完全没有提示，第二次入住等到下午三点多才有房间，号称给安排最好的四楼！其实只有一个袖珍小窗户，但是，很怪异的是三楼的房檐伸出2米，并且上翘，几乎挡住四楼窗户，四楼客人什麽也看不见！这麽奇葩的酒店让人无话可説，住过的人绝对不会再来

服务太好了，所以不得不点评。免费升级了客房到有窗户的房间，因为离店太早所以早餐提供了打包服务，有免费的鸡尾酒课程还有参观酒店内部古蹟。房间提供供氧系统所以没有高反

地理位置优越，建筑也很有特色，非常不错的入住体验，值得推荐！特别是酒店的一些细节和可以参加的有趣的活动，很不错??

Great hotel to be, nearby the square and many eatery place, breakfast is good and service is excellent too!

Best hotel in Cusco! We also stayed at the Palacio del Inka but preferred JW Marriott El Convento. They have an amazing breakfast every day, room service was super tasty and spa facilities are fantastic. Location is super central.

Location is very convenient and there supply the oxygen quite good that can be release any sickness.

Excellent service, staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I had altitude sickness and they kept checking in on me, whenever you call the hotel for oxygen they show up within minutes to assist you with getting more oxygen and whatever you need. Location is superb. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Cusco next time!
